Will never buy from this company again poor customer service item not delivered after 2 weeks and being told it was delivered today. been waiting in for this never appearing delivery asked for a refund can't get one unless i email. Sent 2 emails which they replied they never got. So called the bank to get a dispute going now in the same day they are saying i live to far from delivery warehouse so could be another 2 days... Hold on i thought you say it was delivered today at 12 noon which is it?!?!?! Just give me my money back as stop all the nonsence for gods sake......... Update if you ask for a refund they will only consent to a request by email to refund money and they will CHARGE YOU a delivery fee of £25 which they take from you refund.... still waiting on that refund which was suppose to be 1-3 day now 6-10 days still waiting.................

Ordered a pair of bathroom cabinets but only one arrived. After contacting Home Done the other was dispatched two days later. Meanwhile I assembled the first without any issues. On unpacking the second, found it odd that the box of fittings were just a heap of mixed items instead of individually packaged like te first. However, decided to assemble based on initial one but it soon became apparent that I had been sent a previously assembled cabinet ie second hand as some of the fittings would not fully tighten etc. I pressed on with the assembly and judged that it was safe to use. However I felt that a partial refund would be in order but the call centre staff had a fixed script demanding photos etc which was pretty pointless on a fully assembled unit. I was promised a manager call to no avail.
My wife ordered a black glass cabinet when it arrive we open the box and found the instructions to put the cabinet together you have to drill holes in the Wood according to the plan then have to make the glass door up which mean you've got to be a good joiner which I am not so we take the box back up and we phoned up home done asked us totake photos of the cabinet which I was not willing to do we wanted it taking back they said we would have to pay carriage fees we have not heard from them that was three days ago man on the phone will not listen to what we wanted to do was to send it back I rate home Dawn one
Homedone offer a brilliant service .. friendly and very efficient .. I have to have this package re directed to a change of address .. Homedone have made this very easy .. they promptly cancelled delivery to the original address and await my instructions to the new delivery address .. thank you Homedone
Purchased a sofa bed from them which after two months is unusable. I've been offered a replacement part, which I accepted, however the disposal of the old part costed me £80 and after 2 months the new part got in the same unusable condition. I am being offered another replacement which would mean I need to dispose of the old part again and keep replacing and paying for the disposal of the old part. I purchased the sofa less than 6 months ago and paid over £500 for it. Would not recommend!

Advertising scam! Huge price increase on product when advertised on Black Friday sale deal, so it could then be advertised with a 31% discount!!!! Bought the item on 25.10.24 for £102.19, purchased 2, so £204.38. Went to buy 2 more but received marketing to say there would b 5% discount on 2.12.24. So yesterday logged on and it now states the item was '£182.25 but with black friday discount it's now £125.69' !!!!! Wrote to Home Done direct and they state they have no control of the prices on their website, despite me buying direct from their site and my bank payment went to their account. I will b reporting this to Trading Standards. I have my original invoice & pictures of current marketing to evidence this.

Missing order. Tired to call was promised a call back by close of business as I could install the furniture until missing parts came.
Delivery slow. This was before Black Friday events. Returns not free and not easy.
Home Done have asked me for the second time to review a product that still hasn’t arrived. We are out of the delivery window and have been told (after several chasing emails that) that I need to contact them again in 7-10 days for an update.

I bought a £70 bird feeder from this company. Delivery was smooth although the item looked used and damaged on arrival. It was rusty and the paint was flaking off. It looked like it had already been returned by someone else. I contacted the seller and was advised that I was outwith the 14 day return policy. At this point, I staryed a paypal dispute. After some discussion, the seller agreed to give me a refund and told me that I didn't need to return the item. The refund never materialised so I emailed the seller again. They said that they would refund me once I closed the PayPal dispute. I spoke to PayPal and was advised that once the dispute is closed, they can not assist with a refund. I didn't trust the seller one bit so I esculated the PayPal dispute and now the seller wants me to return the item at my own cost. Even though it's damaged. And at that point, I will get a refund. This is a very underhand and unprofessional company to deal with. Please don't fall into the trap of buying from them. Avoid at all costs.
Worst experience ever my couch was supposed to be delivered before the 19th November, contacted and advised my delivery was Saturday just gone. Waited in all weekend and no couch delivery and no response from the company. Don’t waste your money
