Home Done online furniture. This company have got a lot of work to do. When they send furniture out they don't wrap it sufficiently to protect in transit. My sofa had ripes in it. When you return goods it takes longer than delivery. If you have asked for a refund it take months unless you do a chargeback through your bank. Overall this company is more trouble than it's worth.

Firm said they delivered to my area but didn't. Been waiting since mid October for refund despite numerous emails. Even had one saying been processed and should be back in my account within 3 days. That was like 10 days. Am actually going to take this further as it's getting tiresome now

The rotating compost bin arrived when expected with good notice from Home Done. The instructions to assemble it were easy to follow. It was a little tricky to clip together but once I had worked out the mechanism it was fine. It's good and sturdy, I started to use it straight away.

Terrible company and rubbish products. Ordered a set of draws for my son’s room. They are shoddy and the worst quality I have seen. The draws don’t shut and one the front was broken. They have said they will not accept the return even though they are faulty. Avoid this company. Also I logged into my account and I can see someone else’s order!? All their personal details!! I complained and was stole it was a glitch and was now fixed. I log in a week later and I can now see someone else’s details! This is a scam company.

Easy ordering and delivering process. Customer service friendly, prompt and efficient which I had to contact to clarify a point regarding my order.

Very poor quality wardrobe. It doesn’t align at all. Fitted by a professional assembler. Waiting for the team to resolve the matter. Will update review based on the solution provided. Stick to ikea.

Very happy with my purchase! Seeing alot of the negative reviews did make me think if I had done the right thing in ordering from here but I'm glad I did!! Communication was also great aswel, i love my sofa thank you home done. : )

Great choice of products. Cabinet was basic but acceptable for the price paid. Quick delivery Will use site again.

Great looking solid wood piece of furniture and one small issue was dealt with promptly and efficiently by the excellent customer service. Highly recommended purchase.

We cancelled our order in under 2 hours of making it as we realised we had made an honest mistake. The company then charged us £39 for this. Clearly surprised that such actions are even legal these days. It is the first time and the last time we would ever use Homedone. Despite communicating with a customer service rep, we were unable to get anywhere. In fact, many days later, we have still not received any refund. Seems to be a shoddy business.

First of all if anyone is thinking of ordering from them don't As I've now waited 6 weeks for my sofa they rang to tell me they had it on the lorry for delivery then said they taken it off as its a 4 setter sofa that was 4 weeks ago ever since they tell me it's coming one week then it dosent turn up communication as absolutely crap they blame it on the depo department so I've now cancel my order too be told I have to pay 169.00 for cancellation which they told me it's in terms and conditions so anyone order better check first also they have broke their terms by taking my order in the first place I'm not paying it and I'm contacting citizen advice to see where I stand as they know 2 days inadvace of loading their lorries which stock going on so my sofa been sitting in depo for six weeks

Another great piece of beautiful and well made piece of furniture from Home Done. Delivered much faster than predicted. Again, so well packaged it would take a bomb to damage it. This site is a gem. Won’t be our last purchase from them.

Customer service was good 👍 Delivery man very helpful and polite Only thing I found inconvenient was that when it's been wrapped in warehouse etc the area hasn't been brushed well as was covered in bits don't get me wrong comes away with a hoover also came with an odd smell some febreeze has sorted that just expect a couch to turn up looking clean and smelling new

They have an illegal returns policy and refuse to accept returns in accordance with consumer legislation. Avoid at all costs. Customer service rep is an imbecile.

Ordering was easy - confirmation by email came through shortly after ordering. Delivery - was contacted by text the day before for me to confirm delivery was okay for the day after. Contacted on day of delivery approx 30 mins before delivery. Delivery men were polite, courteous and chatty. They were very mindful of light fittings and other furniture whilst manoeuvring the sofa into the lounge.

Bought light gold side table. It is as described so very pleased. I had a bit of an issue with delivery people, but it was sorted.

Great communication from Home Done and great sofa. Unfortunately the spitting and snorting of one of the delivery drivers in my garden was revolting and totally unnecessary. This has meant dropping you on the rating. Shame on the delivery driver.

Still waiting for my sofa it's been months. Company fobs off responsibility to the couriers. AVOID

Absolutely furious! I made an order on 13th September for a corner sofa. It came way after estimated deliver date and to top it off they had sent me a complete different sofa to what I ordered and the complete wrong orientation. It took them another 3/4 weeks going back and forth through email as they refused to deal with it over the phone. The customer service is absolutely diabolical& once they had actually re delivered the sofa I ordered yesterday, it had come and it is still not the colour sofa I had ordered. I ordered black and grey and this has came like crushed velvet. It is poorly made and the cushions are rock solid whereas on the website they look soft and extremely comfy. Well, not in this case. With having a medical condition involving my back and spine these sofas that I have had delivered have done no good for my condition and if anything, has made it worse. Complete false advertisement and very poor delivery service aswell. Would absolutely NOT order from these as they tell you that they’re the best company and the use the most expensive foam for the cushions but infact, it’s cheaply made and have no comfort whatsoever.
