Good quality and communication.

Very professional service, was updated every step of the way with phone calls Re delivery. Only issue was I didn't like the product so I had to return (admittedly didn't read return policy) and was charged £80 for returning item (a quarter of the value of the total invoice)

First parcel arrived ripped open and had 3 missing items. No apology from the delivery driver or anything. Contacted customer services and they arranged a replacement

Sofas are amazing

The chair is absolutely fantastic - just what I needed. It’s a little low so some people may struggle to get up (I know I do about the fourth or fifth time!). Regardless, it’s very comfortable, arrived quickly and easy to assemble!

No communication, was to be delivered today can't track it or get hold of anyone. Really upset as I have wasted a hole day .not happy at all

Please stay away from them, cheap quality sofa bed, very flimsy sofa leg support, within a short time and only using the sofa bed a few times, it was broken. Poor communication through B&Q, no refund received, save your money and buy quality furniture from a reputable, reliable retailer.

Dakota sofa is advertised as black but is a very dark blue. I provided pictures of the sofa next to black paper and even its own black feet which show how different the colour is but customer service just said it would look same if without sunlight or flash. I wanted a black sofa not one that looks mostly black if the windows are covered and lights off at all times. Be warned!

Very easy ordering, quick delivery, a nice garden sofa set with cover. Delivery was on time with a phone call for estimated time of arrival. Did take me a few hours to put together on my own, came with instructions but none of the parts were labelled, which took a bit longer for assembly as had to guess, this is my reason for giving 4 stars Still a great set .

Great stuff and service!

I had a sofa set and fire pit delivered but there were no brackets to hold it together. Customer services responded to my query, confirmed that this a a modular system with no brackets and refunded £50 for the inconvenience and I have now purchased brackets. Excellent customer service.
