Easy to order quick delivery value for money

The garden furniture I bought was flimsy paid £444 and in places like B&Q,home bargains you can pick it up for £250. Also took 2 hours to make it so many screws in the had to pay someone professional to put it together. After using it for a day I emailed them back that it's really cheap quality furniture and i had to pay someone to put it together (cost me £70 in labour)I said I would like to return it emailed them backwards forwards they said I have to take it all apart find the original packaging and send it back so I have to pay someone else to take it apart and find the original packaging honestly don't use these cowboys.

Easy to order. Was done within a few minutes.

From the ordering process to delivery was excellent, I called to request a delivery on a certain day and the customer services were awesome and sorted it over the phone, the updates on delivery were fantastic, delivery guys were great and I’ve just assembled with ease with good instructions and even down to the Allen bit and ratchet supplied, lastly the quality was spot on and I would recommend to anyone and will definitely recommend to friends & family.

Delivery was prompt. Driver was extremely pleasant, and seeing I was disabled offered help with my delivery. He checked with me if it was ok to come into my property and placed the delivery where I asked. Very courteous and helpful gentleman. Well done to him

After being let down by someone else we ordered a 9-seater sofa set with fire pit table and it is brilliant. They were excellent communicating around the delivery and when one of the cushions was missing they got the replacement out to us within the week. We’re delighted with it!
