Poor experience

Dakota sofa is advertised as black but is a very dark blue. I provided pictures of the sofa next to black paper and even its own black feet which show how different the colour is but customer service just said it would look same if without sunlight or flash. I wanted a black sofa not one that looks mostly black if the windows are covered and lights off at all times. Be warned!
