HomeCity Real Estate Reviews

Joni Jones with HomeCity Realty took all of our dreams and make them a reality. Joni was easy to talk to and understood all that we wanted in our forever, retirement home! She was trustworthy, honest and always there for us!! Thank you so much for making the shopping around process easy! We love our Georgetown home with acreage and can't wait to watch our kids grow up and we can grow old together!!

Spot on market value analysis. Home sold within the first week. Could not ask for better service.

I would recommend Home City Real Estate to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. My agent was awesome! She listened to what I was looking for and spent countless hours looking for a home with characteristics that "fit" my lifestyle and tastes. She kept me in the location I wanted to live and throughout the process was in constant contact with me. I felt she did the best I could have hoped for in an agent.

Marci was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend her to anyone buying a home. She went above and beyond for us.

Very good service. Willing to go the extra mile. Would definitely recommend Dwight to anyone.

Over the course of my adult life to date I have bought and sold 14 homes and of course looked at many, many more. And thru that process worked with maybe 25 realtors, and without a doubt, Christopher Stapleton form Home city was the best. He worked tirelessly to find me the right home, in the right location at the right price. His customer service skills are beyond any I have ever experienced. Scott W. Healy

If all of your clients get treated like David Gervais treated us, you must have a lot of happy clients. David worked with me for several months, answered all my questions and was always available. Since we lived in another state, everything was done by computer and David made everything, on our end, very easy. David put in a lot of time and effort and was always pleasant and very helpful. If he didn't answer his phone and I left a message, he got back to me in a timely manner. I would recommend HomeCity to anyone.

Working with Matthew Whitte at HomeCity was a great experience. He was very flexible on when he could meet up with us, and always took the time to answer any questions I had. Being a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions, and they all got answered in a timely manner. I am now living in my dream home and couldn't be happier. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Working with Kirk and Jill at Home City was an absolutely incredible experience. They knew every aspect of the market and educated us on every detail of intelligent home buying. We found our dream home in a very short period of time and had zero stress or hassle in the process. I would be surprised if somone could find a better person in Austin to help with one of the most important decisions you will make. We love our new home!

I had a good experience and I would definatly reccomend their services.

I had an air condition unit that went out so I called HomeCity and filed my claim online. I received a confirmation email and that my claim was assisnged and I should receive a call soon. I filed the claim on a Saturday and someone was at my house to fix my unit on Monday. It was awesome and will renew every year.

From the time you open the Homecity site, to look for a home, to the day you get the keys to the home you bought, it' all about service. They take care of all your needs. The service department finds the best agent to help you look in the area you want to live in. The agent takes the time to shop with you, until you find that perfect home. Everything you need is done to make this a smooth transaction. They are the best.

Great Customer Service and Response

The website was so user friendly and very easy to navigate. Great photographs and wonderful information. Not your average listing site, that's for sure!

The name immediately drew me to try "HomeCity" I was relocating from Denver and Austin was appropriately my new "Home City!" I required acreage and a custom home for my horses and family and after enjoying the ease of navigating through their website, I requested to be contacted. A very professional Customer Service person put me in contact with the perfect Realtor with them The Realtor I worked with not only was experienced with residential real estate, he knew more than me when it came to the many considerations and negotiation points when buying acreage/ranch property. Our new home exceeds what we had originally hoped to find. I have shared my storexperience y with all of my colleagues and neighbors and can't say enough about the successful with HomeCity.

Home City was very easy to work with, website was easy to use to find the home I purchased. I was able to close on my house within a month with the help of Homecity. I recommend to anyone, best of luck moving to Austin!

Best real estate company in town.

No matter if you are a first time home buyer or looking for your dream home, HomeCity Real Estate delivers courteous and professional service. Their website is the place to go.

Buying or selling your property can seem like an uphill battle but working with a Homecity agent can make the process easy. The Homecity website is up to date and new property listings come out immediately. The agents are all experienced and that makes all the difference when buying or selling a property. I would not use any other realtor!

The agents are knowledgeable in their area and will help you narrow down the perfect place to buy your next home. The website is easy to navigate and has a ton of information from aerial views to school ratings. The best thing about the website is that it is up to date, so you don't have to worry about homes that are no longer available showing up. Give a Homecity agent a try, you will be glad you did!
