Sterling Mack was great to work with. He provided us guidance and knew exactly what we were looking for. He did not rush us through the buying process.Apart from this he is an excellent negotiator and got us a very good deal.

I was a first time homebuyer and she made the experience smooth and comforting. She educated me throughout the entire process from the quality of homes we were looking at to the day I signed the title of my new home. Not only is she knowledgable with the homes all around Austin, but she listens to what you want and need. When my builders did not follow through with an item that should have been in the home, she went above and beyond to make sure I received it. And I did!!!!! She is great and I highly recommend her to new home buyers and experienced ones as well.

With the Austin market as it is and the fact that we couldn't come to Austin every time we found a home we liked (because we lived in Denver) and do it in time to get it before it was gone, it was critical that we had an agent that could really represent us and understood what was important to us. After Stephanie spent a day or so with us, visiting homes, she learned what mattered and our tastes, and helped us narrow down and make an offer on a home without ever being present - and we couldn't be happier. The whole process worked really well, and post sale she has been helping us connect with local services that we need.

We had issues with the real estate agent and HomeCity did not help much. Was threaten by agent if we spoke to his broker or an attorney. Would not use HomeCity again and would not recommend.

My wife and I were in need of finding a home in Texas as ours had sold in Missouri sooner that we had expected. Our HomeCity agent, Tonya Villalobos, found out what we wanted and daily sent us updates us as to what was available based on our criteria. When we finally were able to come to Texas she was most cooperative and helpful in guiding us to the home we eventually purchased after only 2 days! She helped us all the way through closing and even made several calls to our mortgage broker to "motivate" him to follow through on the promises he made. Without her help we would not have been able to find this house or close as quickly as we did.

This website was annoying because you couldn't use it unless you gave them information about yourself. Not good.
