As a professional don’t use Angi.com or Homeadvisor for leads, they charged my credit card $500 without my permission. Money down the drain, the salesman went ahead and ran my credit card without letting me know. I was also stupid enough to give that information because it was supposed to be a trial before I decided if I wanted to go ahead and fully commit. I do not recommend this,their salespeople are scammers and deceivers.

I'm reasonably satisfied with the installation of my approximately 40-foot-long storm shutter. Unfortunately, the following issues were missed: The installation crew walked on my new carpet for five days without any protective measures. The carpet then had to be cleaned. After completion, I requested a finishing strip and a rain guard. I sent a photo and a drawing. Unfortunately, there was no response. The system required some cosmetic work, which I had to do myself. Therefore, the overall rating has unfortunately dropped into the negative range.

I thought Home Advisor - powered by Angi was supposed to provide help to homeowners. Each time, professionals are referred, they call, but never follow up, or questionable ways of business. I hate using Home Advisor or Angi because of this. This is the last time I use them. Ugh.....the worse. All my pros I hired, it was through diligent, time consuming research. Ugh they need to do a better job of vetting - AWFUL

Joel, from JB HANDYMAN did a FANTASTIC JOB on the projects here at my home. Craftmanship was SUPER, precisely done and clean. They did the Gazebo installation, repair and plumbing, and shower upgrades were superbly done. The crew were courteous, respectful and trustworthy. I highly recommend their service.

Called Mike from Grendi Construction, he was here at 7pm and He looked at my attic Fan and we agreed to replace it. He Gave Me A Fair Price and By 8:45 Pm the new Fan Was in . His worker did The removal and He completed the inside connection. Very Professional and all Old Parts removed ! Great Job ! In this Heat Wave He Came to us ASAP. Never thought I would be able to get this done today . I Highly Recommend Him ! Thank You Mike ! Jack Farrington Clark, NJ

CONSUMER WARNING Superior Appliance Repair Frisco, TX WHAT HAPPENED Called to have a refrigerator hinge repaired. A technician arrived as scheduled — but immediately asked to borrow a ladder, something a professional should bring. He then showed a $350 quote on a phone calculator with no itemized breakdown, and was unable to explain the charges due to a serious language barrier. PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED Technician arrived without basic tools (had to borrow a ladder — a liability issue) No written or itemized estimate — just a number on a calculator Unable to communicate clearly due to language barrier Accepted $100 deposit for parts with no timeline given for return or delivery No work order on file when following up the next day Manager called back, found the order, but had no answers and never called again No repair was ever completed FINANCIAL LOSS AMOUNT PAID — NOTHING REPAIRED Deposit for parts that never arrived $100 🚫 Do not use this company. Unprofessional service, no accountability, and unresolved charges. This has the hallmarks of a scam operation.

West Heating & Cooling provides quality service, I contacted Mr. West for problems with my heating unit not working, he was on time, professional & knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Don't trust anyone from this site. Posted a job about a simple plumbing job. One Guy made an appointment to view the job. Then cancelled, tried to reschedule he ignored me. Another did come look at it. Said he would do it. Guy overcharged me. Took weeks to get an invoice. And now I have to call someone to come fix the shitty job he did.
