CONSUMER WARNING Superior Appliance Repair Frisco, TX WHAT HAPPENED Called to have a refrigerator hinge repaired. A technician arrived as scheduled — but immediately asked to borrow a ladder, something a professional should bring. He then showed a $350 quote on a phone calculator with no itemized breakdown, and was unable to explain the charges due to a serious language barrier. PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED Technician arrived without basic tools (had to borrow a ladder — a liability issue) No written or itemized estimate — just a number on a calculator Unable to communicate clearly due to language barrier Accepted $100 deposit for parts with no timeline given for return or delivery No work order on file when following up the next day Manager called back, found the order, but had no answers and never called again No repair was ever completed FINANCIAL LOSS AMOUNT PAID — NOTHING REPAIRED Deposit for parts that never arrived $100 🚫 Do not use this company. Unprofessional service, no accountability, and unresolved charges. This has the hallmarks of a scam operation.
