I'm reasonably satisfied with the installation of my approximately 40-foot-long storm shutter. Unfortunately, the following issues were missed: The installation crew walked on my new carpet for five days without any protective measures. The carpet then had to be cleaned. After completion, I requested a finishing strip and a rain guard. I sent a photo and a drawing. Unfortunately, there was no response. The system required some cosmetic work, which I had to do myself. Therefore, the overall rating has unfortunately dropped into the negative range.
