Great smooth service.

Do not use service. The Dr said a script would follow consultation via text and was never sent. I got a text while in the phone with her and thinking it was the script I hung up, but it was an a text advising to download their app. I downloaded it and never got the script, not in the app, by text or email. No return number, email address or chat function to follow up. I basically needed to book another $45 consultation to get in contact with them again.

Terrible don't get ripped off like me call lasted 10 seconds I asked for a referral only to be told can't do that and they hung up $39 for 10 seconds just a scam.

I would use them for a referral or medical certificate, but not for health advice. Doctor was unprofessional and emailed referral to wrong address. He also did not know how to use a video call, so 5 minutes of the short consultation I booked was with him stuffing about not knowing what he was doing. I had to contact support to get it sent to the wrong address, which was time consuming. Honestly, I’m not even sure if he were a doctor, could have been anyone. I won’t use them again.

This is purely a scam. These so called doctors who are all incapable of using a video call. The support team is one young lady who has know idea. I had three different so called bookings, I waited in there waiting room for over an hour then just get disconnected not once but three times.This organisation needs to be deregistered and the so called doctors deported for contributing to the scam. Disgraceful.

Charged me 40$ for nothing I don't know he was dr or just a random Chinese guy who gave me such a foolish advise to see GP in person. Fraud be aware

AVOID HOLA HEALTH. I had a phone consult and they charged me $80 for a Dr to advise me to see an in Person GP!!! No medication.

Don’t waste your time. They get your money and just want you to wait until you get worse to see them again for more money. This country is going to you know where charging for doctors. It’s a business now to get as much $$ as they can off of you. Wouldn’t give me antibiotics for a throat infection because there was no puss but I’ve just looked into my throat and what do you know, three lumps with puss in them. Didn’t even take the time to ask to look into my throat given it was a video call. Scam! Don’t do it! Guess ill be seeing a real doctor next weeks to get my antibiotics

Great service. Only waited 20 minutes. Once connected the doctor listened and prescribed a script for antibiotics. Very helpful and kind. Script came as a text while I was on the phone. Highly recommend.

Booked an appointment and was seen and had a scrip within an hour.

Do not recommend, made a booking, paid. A couple of hours later my appointment was cancelled as they said they were too busy. Asked if I could reschedule and they simply gave me a refund.

Was sick…. Migraine…. Needed to sleep… doctor did not care, spent 3 seconds saying they didn’t dispense ‘sleeping pills’ ….didn’t care about me

Was after an anti virus for a COVID infection and being quite ill did not see the fine print stating that they did not prescribe anti virals. However I did write in the patient notes exactly what I needed. Despite that they still took a $60 fee from me and after some difficulty connected me to a doctor who said I can’t help you. Despite filling out patient notes he still had to ask what I needed so they obviously don’t read the information supplied. When I contacted customer support to get a refund they eventually told me that they don’t have the ability to give a refund despite being able to take a payment. They kept directing me towards hot docs who are obviously not going to refund money paid to them. People who are unwell do not need the stress that this type of service provides. If I had been feeling better I would have taken the time to read the reviews but obviously this company relies on people being vulnerable to make their money.

Was recommended by a friend. Surpised by all the negative reviews. Had a good experience with them. Got a consultation right away with a medical certificate sent to my email straight after.

Paid the money. Did not receive the link for consultation. Emailed for support. Received a link about an hour later. Link did not work. Emailed again. No return correspondence apart from saying that my escript was sent (without any consultation) and I received an e script for something completely different to what I asked for. I have asked for a refund but only got an email to say the escript has been sent.

They take your money first then they don’t approve nor deliver your medical certificate.

Very short consultation. The doctor refused to give me a prescription, said another doctor may call me. He then hung up. Nobody has called me. Very rude and abrupt. I do not recommend this service.

One of the rudest doctors ever. Hung the phone up on me after 30 seconds when I was in the middle of asking questions. Didn't want to help with any thing at all
