Quick service, was connected in minutes. The Doctor was good and very knowledgeable. The whole process was efficient with minimal delays and stress. Will use again.

Got a link, was in the waiting room, answered the incoming call and the doctor immediately left the call. I was still charged $39. I tried several times to get back on the call with no luck. I'll go back to insta scripts
Required a prescription filled at short notice as I had lost a script. Doctor was eating a snack and drinking when joined the call and continued throughout (for all of 4-5 mins) which I felt was very unprofessional. She then cut the call off abruptly without asking if I had questions or even to say goodbye afer saying she would fill the script. I paid $60 via HotDoc app which should have been for a long appointment. Positives = Script filled (although very annoyingly no repeats so will need to visit another doctor in a couple of weeks), was able to organise appointment within 10 mins of request, script available electronically within 20-30mins. Negatives = price via HotDoc, unprofessional service. Will avoid using in future.
Came through with what was needed in the end. Firstly the quality of the support staff was excellent, very quick to return my call or email. I think the quality of doctor service depends on the doctor, though. I paid $40 to have a consult with a doctor instead of paying the cheaper $20 fee to get my scripts (to be sure i got what was needed). I needed 2 scripts, with the usual repeats. The doctor gave me no repeats on one and 1 repeat on the second script and didn't tell me. I'd uploaded my previous scripts so they could see what I usually got. Hola health did set up a consult with another doctor that same day and sorted it out for no extra cost. But it was 10pm (8 hours after the initial consult) when the 2nd Dr called me. She was lovely. I am grateful they tried to and did fix the communication failure. I will use them again but be very specific about my usual repeats. All staff were pleasant and respectful.
waste of money /get free sick certificate call 13 sick
Had the worst experience. Paid $45 for a consult to get antibiotics for what I know is tonsillitis. The doctor said for 1 day of a sore throat I don't need antibiotics just take some panandol. I've had tonsillitis a few times before and I have classic symptoms. Absolutely ridiculous to be told to take some panadol.
I thought Doctors had responsibility for what they say. Just stand by outside the Chemist he said. 10 minutes. I am a 62 year old man and was in distress with the doctor on a video call. I was having to self ventilate by talking. The doctor understood fully. He noted some thing was not right with the system and said he would get it to me a back way. His words. 10 minutes. It was the worst hour and a half waiting in my life. In the end I had to find a doctor. It was late Saturday Night, so you can imagine finding and waiting for an after hours doctor. What a nightmare. I wish I had checked Trust Pilot first.
Wish I had read these reviews before booking. Dr was condesening and dismissive and gave me no information, just a script for antibiotics with no understanding of what they were for. Cut me off multiple times.
I required a medical certificate for 1 day. My own doctors was booked out. I was able to stay in bed without having to go into a medical centre waiting for an hour. With Health after answering some basic medical questions had my certificate within 15 mins as advertised,
would give zero if I could
Paid for consult, asked for script due to my doctor being away, this doctor advised to go see my GP for consult as he wasn’t going to give me script. I would if he wasn’t on leave. The video call ended after he stated. Very rude and waisted my money!
I paid for a medical certificate, and with no assessment of my symptoms was sent a notification that my medical certificate had been sent to my email address. I have not received a medical certificate. I suspect this is a scam website
They did not listen to what was said, took my mo eyes and hung up on me in 7 minutes. Do not waste your time or money.
Shit doctors. Told me that medication Ive been on for 8years doesn't exist. Didn't give me repeats which he said he would. AVIOD
frustrating experience. I used this company as I urgently need my PRESCRIPTION medication and the service and support is absolutely terrible. 0/5 stars.
Totally unfit for services like medical stuff I had doctor consultation he told me I will receive script in massage nothing comes through only link telling me to download the app when I did the app asking sign up put all my details than no script telling me again if I want to script have to see doctor again and pay its very unfair company avoid hola health they are not good
Requested at 9.45 - waited about 25 minutes for the appointment and had my delivered by 10.15 Quick and efficient if you know exactly what you need
I have used Holla Health for a couple of sick certificates and very reasonable prices and always on time and correct. I have had 2 consultations this week as I have a cold and both times was provided good service, reasonable price and in a timely manner. My normal doctor is away so this made life a-lot easier. And to see another doctor at my own practise is $102.50 with a $40 rebat. So for $35 dollars to see an Australan doctor is excellent value.
Support staff member straight up lied to me about what medicines can be prescribed, Doctor was rude and prescribed me OTC medications for severe dental pain. So $39 and still have to travel like 2+ hours to find somewhere that bulk bills now. I should update to say I received a refund but Hola Health tried to remove my review, refund good but silencing reviews is pretty shady
Terrible company to deal with. The administration staff are based overseas and NOT in Australia, so if you have any problems and need to speak to the doctor you dealt with this is impossible. I would never recommend Hola health to anyone.
