I knew what I wanted...
I knew what I wanted, and had some specific and unique criteria that I was looking for in my BMW. Ali was very prompt, professional, and searched far and wide to locate a vehicle that we were able to do a deal on.
Hilton Car Supermarket has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.

Great Dealership Experience
Worst garage I have ever dealt with. The customer service is shocking, my car broke down within 3 weeks of having it and ended up being off the road for 6 weeks, they only gave me a courtesy car when I expressed I have disabled children and was having time off work and school because we had no transport. Would never purchase a car here again. AVOID.
Service of viewing a car, dealing with Raqib in sales was faultless. The issue is all about the aftersales. When I test drove the vehicle it had a flat tyre which I was assured would be fixed if I purchased the car. I purchased the car and a day later the tyre sensor warning came on! The company kindly offered me £70 towards a new one and all I had to do is email the aftersales team with my invoice. I sent 3 emails over the span of two weeks and finally got a reply saying it will be paid back the next day and one week later with 2 more emails sent - NOTHING. No reply, no money back. They sold me a car knowing there was a fault, they convinced me they would reimburse me and have decided to ignore my emails. Not impressed at all

AVOID!! Part exchanged my car with them on 6/7/2024. My car had a few minor issues which I knew about but they also told me my car had an oil leak, which after reading reviews seems to happen a lot, I reluctantly accepted and done the deal. Only had one key and no log book with the purchased car, and I had trouble taxing the car so they advised to pay them £99 which is 6 months tax so they could tax it for me on the Monday. On my way home I found a spare key in the glove compartment along with the log book, so then managed to tax it myself. I called the showroom to tell them I taxed it myself and requested a refund. Over a week later and still not received my refund. Also told car had been serviced and they would send me paperwork which I chased a few times and still not received, I also later discovered that I didn’t have a lock nut key for my wheels. I am not a car person so my knowledge on buying cars is limited, so this was a learning experience for me, but it’s clear to me once money is handed over they do not want to know. The after sales is very poor and unprofessional in my view, they also never call you back. There will be better dealerships out there so please tread carefully when dealing with this one. UPDATE### Had a phone call from Jo on 17/07/2024 with an apology, I have now received paperwork of a service carried out, and hopefully some more service history to follow, she also offered to pay the invoice for a new wheel nut lock key, so will see how that goes, but appreciated the call, I got my £99.00 back as done a chargeback in the end as was taking to long. Since I had the car I am very happy with it as had no issues. LATEST UPDATE### I decided to take car in for a service as oil look jet black, as I was not convinced a service was carried out, while there I was advised to change the two back tyres that were both cracking in between the tread, also told needed new brake pads and discs as so worn. But to get the tyres off, I had to pay the for the locking wheeel nuts to be drilled out as key was not provided (see above) as still waiting for one from Kia, but felt car was unsafe and I needed to use the car so got the work done. What kind of dealership sells cars with these type of issues, I trusted them which was a big mistake. The invoice amount was £700.00 which is money I should not be spending. I have emailed Hilton with the invoice for an explanation or a maybe an offer to reimburse me for the money I paid out, but four days later I have had no response which reading other review seems to be the norm,. I would use them again. AVOID!!! My biggest regret about all this is not reading reviews before purchase!! UPDATE Jo contacted to offer to pay half of the invoice (see above) so £350.00 which I reluctantly accepted to bring it to and end. 12 days later and still not received, told me they will chase accounts, days later told me it’s done and will be in my account last Friday and guess what, Still not received!!! Please people avoid, this is the worst company (not just a dealership), I have ever dealt with, do not waste your money here, once they have your money and you get an issue, the after sales will tell you what you want to hear, then do nothing. There tactics seems to tell you they will act, but never do and hope eventually your give up. Seems a report to trading standards here and maybe a small claims case. Please educate yourself with the consumer rights act!!

I have paid a refundable reservation fee for a car the 2nd of August at 1:15pm, I have been contacted later and everything looked fine but later around 5:30pm they contacted me saying the car was sold. BE AWARE! I am trying to get my refund but after 10 days did not refund me yet, I had to open a claim with my bank because even I am not getting replies from this guys. Stay away

Waiting for a refund for reservation fee. Fed up with being told it has been processed. Now been asked to email my bank details to action. When I said this was a breach of gdpr was then put on hold and told it is being processed. Would never recommend this company

Hello everyone, it's me again PAY ME, I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY REFUND FOR 24 DAYS. I WILL POST HERE EVERYDAY UNTIL I'M PAID AND MY CAR IS FIXED. I HAVE PAID FOR THE REPAIRS THAT YOU WERE MEANT TO PAY FOR IT. After buying the car, the DSG gearbox broke within three days of use. I had the stress of fixing it, and the car was in the garage for just over ten days, but at least it was sorted. However, after taking the car from the garage, less than a week later, the brakes seized on me. I then called recovery, and the car was taken back to the garage. We found out that the rear coil spring was broken, causing the rear right side of the car to be lower than the other sides. The battery needed replacement as it was operating at lower capacity. The front right shock absorber was leaking oil, the engine is leaking oil from the rocker cover, the front discs and pads were extremely worn and rusty, and the front left tire was below the legal tread limit. Not to mention the numerous sensor faults that I'm not too bothered about. Additionally, upon taking the car, I was told it was ready to be collected. I arrived an hour early, but I was only given the car almost three hours later. The car was not cleaned as promised, and the boot handle was broken, so I couldn't open the bonnet. I then asked for the car to be cleaned and the boot handle to be replaced. After another hour of waiting, they said the car was ready, but the boot handle was still not replaced. I was then asked to change it myself and send an invoice for reimbursement. It has been 16 days since I sent the invoice, and I have never been refunded. All I'm hearing is that Jo will chase the accounts. In my previous reviews, I posted my experience throughout the process, and I'm glad more than 100 people have read my review. I hope at least half of these people have chosen not to buy their car from this place, as they sell scrap cars. The warranty company already spent £3.7k on gearbox repairs, and now I have been quoted another £1.4k for the remaining repairs, totaling £5k on repairs already, and I have had the car for just under three weeks.

Please please do not buy a car from here unless you have it fully checked and have an untapped pot of money. Having bought a high end vehicle at over £20k from HCS in November we were hit with our first repair bill of £1.5k and the car held by the garage as was unsafe. This was swiftly followed by a £6k repair bill when an oil leak tore through the car rendering it undrivable for another 2 months. We weren’t too concerned as we had bought the warranty only to find out that none of it was covered!!! A major oil leak was mentioned in the previous MOT but this had “disappeared” on the new MOT document we received and were told it had been fixed - clearly it had been made to temporarily be ok. We were offered £200 to remove our negative review but no offer towards any repair costs. Avoid at all costs - we really wish we had!!
