AVOID, SHOP ELSEWHERE. DON'T EVEN THINK OF SPENDING MONEY HERE.
After sales services are not there. Nobody returns calls, or emails, you can leave as many messages as you want. They don't care after they have your cash. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I only want what they promised me at the point of sale, and even that is too much to ask. They said they had ordered a door bezel for the drivers door. It was to be with them by the 10th they would spray it and get it to me, still I've heard nothing or received anything despite calling and emailing. On one occasion I was told someone will contact me the next day. NOTHING! They delivered my vehicle with the tyre pressure warning light on on the dash pressure was 18 psi below normal, the tyre worn to a point it needed replacing, done at my own cost. I'll probably get a sorry for the service here, but that'll be it. Very disappointed with the service. So despite them contacting me following the review, promising to get the part promised, and keep me updated, still nothing, I have emailed twice to ask for an update but NO REPLY. absolutely shocking. Despite numerous Emails following them contacting me telling me the part will be delivered within 2 or 3 days and nothing arriving. They still don't respond. I've never used such a poor car sales services ever. I'll soon be InTouch with the AA. As they are apparently approved by the AA, and see what they have to say. So here we are 4 months down the road and still this company has failed to make contact or respond to god knows how many emails and calls. Don't be fooled by the AA assurance, it isn't worth it. They will take your money and drop you like a hot stone. I can't emphasis this enough. Never even bother with them even if they have the vehicle of your dreams. You will be disappointed. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
