Great Dealership Experience
Worst garage I have ever dealt with. The customer service is shocking, my car broke down within 3 weeks of having it and ended up being off the road for 6 weeks, they only gave me a courtesy car when I expressed I have disabled children and was having time off work and school because we had no transport. Would never purchase a car here again. AVOID.
Service of viewing a car, dealing with Raqib in sales was faultless. The issue is all about the aftersales. When I test drove the vehicle it had a flat tyre which I was assured would be fixed if I purchased the car. I purchased the car and a day later the tyre sensor warning came on! The company kindly offered me £70 towards a new one and all I had to do is email the aftersales team with my invoice. I sent 3 emails over the span of two weeks and finally got a reply saying it will be paid back the next day and one week later with 2 more emails sent - NOTHING. No reply, no money back. They sold me a car knowing there was a fault, they convinced me they would reimburse me and have decided to ignore my emails. Not impressed at all

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, it’s shocking rude staff, they never get back to you when they say they will, not only have they been caught for false advertisement they just play the victim. I made a complaint and have heard nothing back. They ignore my calls, I have had no other choice then to report them to trading standards because of this shocking experience. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
Good value vehicle and done delivery service Very bad communication and struggled to get answers from them or get a response via email or on the phone - didn’t deal with the same person each time so had to keep explaining my queries or requirements Just to update my car arrived damaged and dirty and got no apology - they said they would cover the cost if I sent an invoice with a quote which is nearly £2000 for repair and they have ignored me and ignored my complaints email too! Just for information they did not disclose any damage before sale!

Recently purchased a car from here. Received great customer service, told me everything they thought I wanted to hear. However, it seems some bits of information was missed out from the car salesman about the vehicle. Took the vehicle to get a full check with my local mechanic, to find the rear brake pads need replacing and the aircon tank is completely empty. Costing almost £400 to fix. Called Hilton Supermarket and was told there's nothing they can do and it'll have to be dealt with the aftersales team as they no longer own the car and that I would receive a call later this morning. Well I never did get that call and instead have been going back & forth with warranties2000 from 9.02am - 4.57pm to get this resolved as I have 30days cover. Not something I expected 5 days after purchase or at all! Not a great way to retain customers.
Seriously Do not buy from here. I should of read reviews before buying cars from here. POOR service - drove car in motor way and warning came on - tried contacting them to get it sorted but no one calls back- Have to keep chasing the manager. I guess the manager is too busy dealing with so many complaints is what I can imagen. Its been over a week and yet they keep telling me manager will call back and still hasn't. I have never left a negative review in my entire life but this is the only company that has made me do it. I purchased vehicle - there is a fault - I gave you a chance to rectify by coming to collect the vehicle & repair. you have failed to do that - promised to collect car and the day has passed yet n no respond eventho I have called multiple times during day to ask when is it getting collected. I have no Idea how this business is running with a really really poor service. I could only advise others to not to buy from this place. thats all.
Bought a car from here for nearly 20k, part exchanged my old car fairly seamlessly. After a year of use again no major issues the car started having electrical issues. Turns out the old owner was messing around with the EPU system according to a main Audi dealer. It now needs replacing in full basically costing the value of the car.
I purchased a car from Hilton at the end of July and gave them my previous vehicle for part ex. The service inside the dealership when you're buying is nice enough, although they can be slow and leave you waiting at times but this didn't bother me too much as they were busy. I didn't have my full V5 when handing over my vehicle for part ex (as I had only just taken off my private plate) so they took a £200 REFUNDABLE deposit from me to ensure they will receive the V5. I asked Ali to provide an email that states I will be refunded this amount upon them receiving my V5. Once I received the full V5 in the post, I registered it as sold to trade (as the DVLA insists you must do) and put down all their details so the new V5 would be sent to them. After calling up and speaking with Riley, he informed me that they would've received it by now (and I can see that my previous vehicle has been listed and since sold). Riley told me to email finance explaining the situation and with my bank details, then they will give me my refund. After sending 4 emails and 2.5 weeks of no responses, I am forced to leave a bad review. This experience of trying to get my refund has put a damper on my whole experience with this company. All I'm asking for is my money back that I was told I will receive.
Booked an appointment to view two cars. Arrived on time and kept waiting 15 minutes, the sales man came over and asked if we wanted to view the cars. Waited another 10 minutes for him to find the keys. Asked to test drive the car, at this point the salesman went to get trade plates and never came back, we watched him as he then went to deal with a new customer who arrived after us. Waited 20 minutes and another salesman came and allowed us to test drive the car. All the time the salesman was on his phone. When we got back to the garage the salesman again disappeared and went to deal with someone else. Asked a 3rd salesman about a part ex and they took away our car for 30 minutes for an inspection, inspection came back with apparently a fault but when we asked for them to point this out they couldn’t as it wasn’t there. The salesman then disappeared and we never saw him again. The original salesman walked by us several times and didn’t even acknowledge we were still there or that he hadn’t come back to deal with us. We travelled 1.5 hours for this and spent over 2.5 hours just to get to test drive a car. When we left we received a call from the garage asking if we were still coming for our appointment. Too many staff just walking around and not caring about customers.
