Worst garage I have ever dealt with

Worst garage I have ever dealt with. The customer service is shocking, my car broke down within 3 weeks of having it and ended up being off the road for 6 weeks, they only gave me a courtesy car when I expressed I have disabled children and was having time off work and school because we had no transport. Would never purchase a car here again. AVOID.

Poor Aftersales

Service of viewing a car, dealing with Raqib in sales was faultless. The issue is all about the aftersales. When I test drove the vehicle it had a flat tyre which I was assured would be fixed if I purchased the car. I purchased the car and a day later the tyre sensor warning came on! The company kindly offered me £70 towards a new one and all I had to do is email the aftersales team with my invoice. I sent 3 emails over the span of two weeks and finally got a reply saying it will be paid back the next day and one week later with 2 more emails sent - NOTHING. No reply, no money back. They sold me a car knowing there was a fault, they convinced me they would reimburse me and have decided to ignore my emails. Not impressed at all

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless. Travelled 90 mins for an appointment to see a car which wasn’t even on site. No apology. Service appalling. Think hard before you consider buying from here..

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE,

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE, I bought a car earlier this month, which I have to travel quite a distance to get to. On my journey home, I had warning lights pop up, upon getting the car checked, the wet belt has to be replaced or I will need a new engine. Hilton do not care they have not responded to my many messages and emails. So I will be taking it further to get this sorted. Also the warranty they give you with warranties2000 is absolutely useless again, I have sent across multiple claims with them to hear nothing back. Please go anywhere else, they are unprofessional and will sell you a broken car.

Almost Seamless Return and Refund…

Almost Seamless Return and Refund Process I returned a faulty Fiat bought, the car was accepted without fuss after it was checked over by HCS Engineer who confirmed that the fault reported was still present after it was fixed days earlier. Be aware though that the return was still within 30 days from the purchase date. The company can however benefit immensely from retraining their misleading Sales force and After Sales Service is almost non existent as the phone is not picked up most of the times. The experience with HCS was nightmarish in part but I was actually surprised at the promptness with the refund.

I phone Ray this morning as my details were incorrect on my invoice and as well as on my Gov.uk Selling a vehicle out of trade. He amended the details on my invoice promptly. I am not sure if the details on my new keeper detail have been amended to Ms Sajida Kadiry. My email address too needs to be amended too there please.

Went to view a Hyundai i20 (HL68 DYF)…

Went to view a Hyundai i20 (HL68 DYF) and was appalled by the service and the car. We were running late by 5 minutes and made them aware, we arrived and was sat in the waiting area and then the salesman couldn't find the key for the car for like 10 minutes. Once the keys were found we went for a test drive, the salesman was more interested being on his phone rather than trying to discuss the car. On the way back we were asked if we would want to drive the car aware the same day, we said we would but then it came to light the car only has MOT until Nov even though they are a registered provider with the AA for their standards that all cars come with minimum of 6 months MOT. Unsure why the website states this car is ready to go and was asked if we would take it away the same day when it's not to the AA standard. When we arrived back from the test drive, we had a thorough look around the car and the paint work was poor, the front bumper was pushed in on the drivers side, the front passenger side alloy wheel is all scuffed and the rear passenger tyre is low pressure. Also upon inspection in the boot the parcelshelf holder on the driver side was completely snapped off. Very disappointing to waste my time (2 and a half hour drive) and wouldn't visit again!

Horrible dealer, avoid

Reserved a car and booked an appointment for test drive. But they didn’t prepare the car, it had flat battery and no fuel. They refused to refund. Avoid them if you can.
