I knew what I wanted...
I knew what I wanted, and had some specific and unique criteria that I was looking for in my BMW. Ali was very prompt, professional, and searched far and wide to locate a vehicle that we were able to do a deal on.
Hilton Car Supermarket has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.

Great Dealership Experience
Worst garage I have ever dealt with. The customer service is shocking, my car broke down within 3 weeks of having it and ended up being off the road for 6 weeks, they only gave me a courtesy car when I expressed I have disabled children and was having time off work and school because we had no transport. Would never purchase a car here again. AVOID.
Service of viewing a car, dealing with Raqib in sales was faultless. The issue is all about the aftersales. When I test drove the vehicle it had a flat tyre which I was assured would be fixed if I purchased the car. I purchased the car and a day later the tyre sensor warning came on! The company kindly offered me £70 towards a new one and all I had to do is email the aftersales team with my invoice. I sent 3 emails over the span of two weeks and finally got a reply saying it will be paid back the next day and one week later with 2 more emails sent - NOTHING. No reply, no money back. They sold me a car knowing there was a fault, they convinced me they would reimburse me and have decided to ignore my emails. Not impressed at all

So where do I start! I had to ask for a receipt for the deposit paid They left documents containing personal info of others laying around for all to see The car I bought had numerous issues within 24 hours I was advised the car came with 2 years warranty but was not informed it would cost me an extra £1500 The warranty was issued in the wrong name Waiting times were ridiculous
Very attentive staff. Had a discount so we could afford the car. Explained all processes. Sorted the car tax for us.
Had an amazing day ! Was stress free and straight forward. Jared helped me and my partner buy a new car, so helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend coming here. So welcoming :)
***They do not respond when you try and contact them, they’re ignoring me and the finance company*** PLEASE read reviews before you decide to go with this dealer. I wish I did, don’t make the same mistake. I completed a test drive on this vehicle over the weekend, no problems at all; however, the test drive only did last around 5-10 minutes. I was happy with the vehicle upon first views of it and decided to go ahead with the purchase. When returning a few days later to complete the sale, I was left sitting in the show room for around an 30-45 minutes, even though the payment was successful and it was just a case of signing over documents. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, as they were extremely busy on this day, although nobody really seemed bothered to come over and check in on the customers waiting (multiple were sitting in the waiting room). Car was purchased; however, I could not see the car as it was ‘being cleaned’ so we’ve rushed through the paperwork, I was offered the standard 1 month warranty and nothing further was discussed. Since owning the car, the tyre has gone flat, there’s a chip in the windscreen (unknown how they’ve managed to do that since I test drove it a few days before) and the EML has come on. When taking it to a garage, I’ve been told I will need to have my air conditioning re-gassed with the potential for a new air conditioning unit, along with a NEW TIMING CHAIN which is around £1000 just for this component along. The best part was, with the 6 fault codes being present on the vehicle, all the history had been reset. So much for them completing ‘thorough checks’ before sales… I’m also being told that my warranty won’t even cover these parts even though I’ve had the vehicle 3 days!!! I have tried to reach out to Hilton Car Supermarket and they state it takes 24hours to respond. There’s been no response from them, therefore I am left to write a bad review. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER. I used them as I viewed them as a reputable company and did not want to fall victim to buying a faulty car and having to repair and be without. Turns out that I am in that exact position…
I am writing this review over two months after purchase due to the amount of time it has taken the company to partially resolve these issues. I was pressured to collect the car as soon as possible upon making the down payment as such I attended the garage on morning prior to starting work. The garage was given several days notice of this and were expecting me. On arrival the salesman was not present at the pre-arranged time (9am) after waiting for half an hour he arrived late to work, he then informed me that the car was not ready to go and I would have to wait. There was a plethora of issues at the garage and from arrival time to leaving with the car it took 3 hours. One of these issues was a lack of paperwork which I was assured would be posted to me including the manual and service history, after two months of chasing this has not been done and I no longer believe that the garage ever had possession of them like they led me to believe. Another issue was the lack of log book which then led to me having to go to a local post office and pay for a form in order to tax the car and drive it home. There was also a number of elements of damage to the car which was not included in the advertisement of the car. I was told to sign the paperwork regarding damage before seeing the car and upon pointing out this damage was given no opportunity to alter this paperwork. Though photos were taken and I was assured that a part would be sent out to fix the trim. Two months of chasing this later and this has yet to be done. After many emails and phone calls the garage finally admitted that the car did not have a full service history (despite being told that it did) and they agreed to pay for a service to be completed. This was completed on the week commencing 8th July with all relevant receipts sent that week. No payment was received until threats were made to take the complaint further this week (end of August) despite several emails and phone calls. We have yet to receive the documentation or part that we were promised but I doubt that these will ever turn up. All of the right noises were made and emails were actually responded to in the 14 day window we had to return the car. Once this had passed they have been incredibly hard to get any response from whether that be via email or multiple phone calls. In summary, our experience with this garage has been incredibly stressful and I believe their conduct to have been deceitful from start to finish. I would not recommend them to anyone.
