Worst garage I have ever dealt with

Worst garage I have ever dealt with. The customer service is shocking, my car broke down within 3 weeks of having it and ended up being off the road for 6 weeks, they only gave me a courtesy car when I expressed I have disabled children and was having time off work and school because we had no transport. Would never purchase a car here again. AVOID.

Poor Aftersales

Service of viewing a car, dealing with Raqib in sales was faultless. The issue is all about the aftersales. When I test drove the vehicle it had a flat tyre which I was assured would be fixed if I purchased the car. I purchased the car and a day later the tyre sensor warning came on! The company kindly offered me £70 towards a new one and all I had to do is email the aftersales team with my invoice. I sent 3 emails over the span of two weeks and finally got a reply saying it will be paid back the next day and one week later with 2 more emails sent - NOTHING. No reply, no money back. They sold me a car knowing there was a fault, they convinced me they would reimburse me and have decided to ignore my emails. Not impressed at all

I bought a Jaguar e pace from them.

I bought a Jaguar e pace from them. Car had 2 bald tyres i asked to be replaced as needed mot. So to try save money put it through mot, so it failed giving it a bad mot pass report. They then changed one tyre but not the other. After getting hold of them they reluctantly changed it for a part worn 11 year old tyre. Now been 3 months and still waiting for a foam seal missing from the engine. It seems as soon as they have your money customer care is non existent. Poor sales.

Once they get the money you are alone

Once they get the money you are alone. Bought a C220 from them three weeks ago paid all on the spot. They delivered next day. Not as promised, car was not valeted screen wash light was on as it was empty driven on reserve as fuel light was on. All of the latter was manageable, no green V5 slip was provided as promised. So called them and they said they didn’t have one and I should apply for one and pay Agee which they would reimburse. I did take time off work to run around post offices. Eventually I got it taxed and sent them the receipts. No acknowledgement, no reply. I called numerous times and nothing is done about it up to date Also they said they ll send a second key and then informed me that they don’t have it so I’m ordering one for £466. All in all it was a stressful experience I could have spent my money somewhere else where my business would be appreciated and be professional. Their conduct was abysmal so once you are out of their sight you are on your own And they had the audacity to ask me for a five star review although I gave reasonable time to redeem themselves. Not happy at all

ZERO STARS I SHOULDVE READ COMMENTS FIRST

i paid the deposit on a Tesla and travelled 300 miles and checked in at the desk asking for Ansab. 45 mins later i went back to the desk and they called Ansab over, he then told me that the car had been removed from site and was at another location (later on he would deny that he was Ansab and then told me the car had gone for a recall). He then offers me a different car (£4000 more expensive) we go to have a look and its a different car than i had just been shown, the battery was flat and it was filthy and half parked in a hedge at the graveyard end of their lot, we eventually go and look at another Tesla, the last service was 19,000 miles ago i mention this and he tells me thats wrong its just not updated. (i say `we` but he left immediately saying come back to my desk when you`ve had a look). i go back very disappointed and i`m handed to the manager to finish any deal. this was the start of another joke, after quoting me the reg of yet another car i hadn't even looked at we then got to trade in price for my car. they wanted to knock off a couple of things that was fair and then £280 wheel refurb (only 1 wheel had scratches but i was told all 4 had to be done) £150 for a switch in the rear for the window (whoever valued my car left the child lock on). i was offered £500 extra for my inconvenience on the trade in but having seen the state of the cars, the lack of interest and zero knowledge from the salespeople (Ansab could also have a shower, the BO was a bit much) i thought it best to have just wasted a day and not £15,000. i pointed out several problems with the cars i saw and just got told its fine it`ll be sorted. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM AND TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE. I welcome their response and I have photos of damage/filth/poor quality of the cars i saw. ALSO BE PREPARED TO BE BOMBARDED WITH TEXTS AND CALLS WHEN YOU MAKE AN ENQUIRY 37 TEXTS IN 3 DAYS AND 6 CALLS, NONE OF WHICH STATED THE CAR WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. I HAVE JUST SEEN THAT THE CAR I WAS AFTER IS BACK ON THEIR WEBSITE SM69NGX TESLA IT WONT EXIST AND THEY WILL TRY AND SELL YOU SOMETHING MORE EXPENSIVE. SCAMMERS

Avoid Hilton Car Supermarket Milton Keynes — Poor Service & No After-Sales Support I purchased a Jaguar I-Pace from this dealership on 26th July 2025, and immediately discovered a charging fault when I got home. Despite calling and emailing their after-sales team multiple times, I received no response. The sales team answer calls quickly, but once they know it's a problem, they say someone will call back — no one ever does. Their after-sales support is non-existent, and customer service has been unprofessional and dismissive. Once they sell you the car, you’re completely ignored. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious. I regret trusting this dealership and would not recommend them to anyone.
