I knew what I wanted...

I knew what I wanted, and had some specific and unique criteria that I was looking for in my BMW. Ali was very prompt, professional, and searched far and wide to locate a vehicle that we were able to do a deal on.

Worst garage I have ever dealt with

Worst garage I have ever dealt with. The customer service is shocking, my car broke down within 3 weeks of having it and ended up being off the road for 6 weeks, they only gave me a courtesy car when I expressed I have disabled children and was having time off work and school because we had no transport. Would never purchase a car here again. AVOID.

Poor Aftersales

Service of viewing a car, dealing with Raqib in sales was faultless. The issue is all about the aftersales. When I test drove the vehicle it had a flat tyre which I was assured would be fixed if I purchased the car. I purchased the car and a day later the tyre sensor warning came on! The company kindly offered me £70 towards a new one and all I had to do is email the aftersales team with my invoice. I sent 3 emails over the span of two weeks and finally got a reply saying it will be paid back the next day and one week later with 2 more emails sent - NOTHING. No reply, no money back. They sold me a car knowing there was a fault, they convinced me they would reimburse me and have decided to ignore my emails. Not impressed at all

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

I really should have looked here before even considering stepping into the premises. It would have saved me two weeks of stress and annoyance. Bought a car. Collected it. It blew its engine barely a mile from the dealership. It was returned on a recovery truck an hour later. Was assured I would be refunded. Quickly. Nothing happened until I vowed to attend the dealership in person despite living 150 miles away. Was not reimbursed for any out-of-pocket expenses accept for half of the £70 fuel we put into it before it went bang. Was told that the automated reply to emails was sufficient response to my pleas to have my money returned so I could buy another vehicle for my kids to be conveyed to school safely, without me having to lean on the good will of my employer to drive them myself. Even now, I am still waiting for the return of the "deposit" withheld from the refund - for the return of the new V5 logbook. Still, after reading some of the horror stories here, I got off light. Truly wish I had never heard of Hilton Car Supermarket, as so many others here have echoed. If you have any issues at all, expect zero response from "aftersales" or its "manager". Expect to be ghosted on email. Expect to have yourself repeatedly disconnected from the switchboard, even if you get through to reception. Expect no one to accept the transfer of the call from the poor receptionist; and then be cut off again. Expect the person you are trying to reach to be talking at the receptionist to relay placating lies to you whilst refusing to "man up" and take the call himself. Please, please, please, do not entertain giving these clowns even one penny of your money. You will ultimately be back here, saying the same things as the rest of us. Edit: Normally I wouldn't engage in responding to responses. But in this instance I will make an exception. Your response is as dishonest as it is disingenuous. It speaks to the complete absence of integrity within your organisation. ...And it cannot possibly change until you at least accept the FACTS surrounding the depth of the ineptitude of your aftersales department. Negative review, after negative review, all with the same theme. Either you are woefully under-resourced in this area. Or the resource is woefully lacking in competence. Or... your entire business model is based on maximising revenue in sales and warranty sales, with not the slightest care or regard for what comes after. Whichever it is, I truly don't care, but others should be warned. The only positive is that in fact, it would appear, one potential customer walked off your lot from reading this. One person saved is one person saved.

We brought a Peugeot 3008 with warranty no reply from refund on repairs needed …

We brought a Peugeot 3008 with warranty from this company, the staff there are nice and there facilities are really good on site, I had a problem with some parts on the car and the staff helped me out with it and rang me personally to talk about a plan forward. Overall very good car and nice place with friendly staff

Extensive range of cars to choose from

The branch (well equipped with refreshments, seating and children’s play area) is extremely busy, this can give a chaotic feel at times. However the range and choice of vehicles available to browse is phenomenal, every shape, size, make and model you could wish to see in one place. Staff are quite happy to help, opportunities for test drives and questions, onsite technical and mechanical facilities. Our service provider was Syed - professional, friendly and helpful. We would recommend.

Non-existent after sales service. DO NOT USE!!

When we were enquiring about going to view the car we received numerous messages / calls. Paid a reservation fee and booked an appointment to test drive the car. Customer service at the MK venue was OK. Not great for women customers as about 30 male staff and no females! Decided to buy the car and the salesman (deal closer) said the car would be serviced and MOT'd before delivery. Paid a £500 deposit. Called "after-sales" every day for 5 days, left on hold for up to 20 mins each time. Received no messages or calls at all until late on the Friday to say they were trying to arrange delivery for the next day. Tried to call the next day to check if it was being delivered. Couldn't get through and received no confirmation text/call. Gave up about 6pm. Then the delivery truck arrived about 7.15pm Sat night!! No record of any service or MOT being carried out. Also received no information at any time regarding warranties available so we were left with min 31 day cover. Sent numerous emails with only 1 response to say they would look at our complaint urgently. Still nothing after 6 weeks! Shocking service /communication. AVOID!
