Ho stipulato la polizza in pochi semplici passi, inoltre l'ho trovato la più conveniente presente sul mercato a parità di condizioni di garanzie, se non in alcuni casi addirittura migliori delle altre compagnie. Poi purtroppo per un problema non sono potuto partire, si sono attivati immediatamente per fornirmi tutta l'assistenza necessaria. Siempre contrato el seguro con ellos y los recomendaría mil veces. Tuve que contactarles una vez porque mi hija se puso mala estando de vacaciones y nos atendieron super rápido y estupendamente. Les he contactado por diferentes dudas y siempre me han respondido super rápido. Recientemente tuvimos que cancelar nuestro viaje a Bali y han anulado nuestro seguro sin problema. Definitivamente seguiremos contando con ellos para nuestros futuros viajes.
Ho acquistato l’assicurazione top viaggi per avere più coperture nel caso succedesse qualcosa di grave , purtroppo prima di tornare in Italia ho una brutta caduta 4 ore prima di prendere volo per Italia stavo a Kuta , chiamo assicurazione per avere l’assistenza medica , purtroppo fate attenzione non coprono aeroporti lo vieni a sapere nel momento di chiamata , non hanno mandato un medico , non hanno indicato un centro medico , dovevo fare tutto da sola non trovando niente mi imbarco con braccio dolente e arrivo in Italia , vado subito a pronto soccorso e scopro una frattura, ovviamente avendo anche coperture particolari che coprono infortuni personali, li faccio presente e li mando la documentazione, La risposta è negativa dicendomi che devo leggere condizioni generali. Praticamente si sono lavati le mani . Adesso di questa faccenda si occupa il mio avvocato. Sicuramente non scelgo più questa polizza che si appoggia a Ergo.Nessuno vuole prendersi la responsabilità.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - PREMIUM POLICY MEANS NOTHING I purchased a premium travel insurance policy with the understanding—confirmed over the phone—that coverage would begin immediately upon entering the country of origin. Unfortunately, after being hospitalized for several days, I experienced a complete lack of support from this company. Despite what I was originally told, the insurance team repeatedly changed their stance on what was and wasn’t covered. One day something was included, the next it wasn’t. This constant back-and-forth left me completely stranded during a time when I needed help the most. In the end, I had to cover all medical costs out of pocket, despite having paid for what I thought was top-tier insurance. Their communication was inconsistent, their service unreliable, and their promises completely misleading. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for travel insurance. When you're in a vulnerable situation abroad, the last thing you need is a company that fails to deliver on its word.

I had to cancel my trip due to a flight schedule change that disrupted my domestic connection approximately 20 hours before departure. When I consulted with Heymond, they kindly agreed to cancel the policy, allowing me to reschedule my travel with new dates. I really appreciated their flexibility and support.
Have used your product a few times in the last few years. No claims (great), the service response has been excellent when questions are asked, price point is very reasonable. Only wish you could cover us old people for longer than 30 days. As well that age cap of 69 really hurts as i am closing in on it.
contrate el nivel plus en febrero y después salió la fecha de mi oposición en el BOE , y tras gastarme 1200 en cambiar unos billetes de avión hacen una interpretación finísima y me dicen que buenas noches Que me haga cargo que me adherí a la oposición con posterioridad a contratar el seguro. Ojo que les cuesta pagar y la redacción puede se ambigua y da pie a sus interpretaciones.

I was in USA and we had a bus accident. Missed a connection bus and had to stay in a hotel in another place because I was stucked. I paid 175 €. for my insurance, and finally paid 54 € for a new ticket the next day to my final destination and 150 € hotel Heymondo paid me 50,00 € back. They interpret there conditions in that way that they avoid to pay what you read in the conditions. I will never contract an insurance with them anymore. Furthermore, the insurance company was IMA IBERICA. They have even a worse review quotation than Heymondo but are working together with them. After reading your answer: It´s too late to ask me for further information. I will not contract you anymore. You lost a client ( traveling three months yearly ) for not being a company, able to refund what you promise in your conditions.
Llevo 4 meses viajando con mi pareja por Asia y tanto él como yo hemos necesitado asistencia médica. La verdad es que el trato ha sido inmejorable, súper rápido y sin ninguna pega por parte de ellos. El chat con los médicos funciona genial y responden al instante. Siempre que lo hemos necesitado han buscado el centro médico más próximo y lo costean todo sin necesidad de reembolso. Repetiremos para el próximo viaje sin duda!

I submitted my medical reports and they and after 40 days I don’t receive my refund, when I contacted them they start asking me to if I sent the documents which I had already done!! And they start postponing and asking me to call usa etc. liars, stay away
BE AWARE, it's a SCAM! You'll never get your money back! I used Heymondo for many years, and in the past when I had an emergency it worked, now they have changed and it's absolutely impossible to get a refund due to all the absurd things they ask, specially if you are in a remote country and had an emergency: - Certificate of ownership of your bank account - Copy of certificate of the insurance - Medical bill in full detail with proof of payment - Full medical report, with every single detail, dates, treatments, etc STAMPED and signed by the doctor that treated you (what if they were several doctors, what if you are in a remote country where they don't stamp, what of u are too busy dealing with the emergency and you are in a different location when you are good enough to organize the refund papers?) - BOARDING PASS (not your booking, no, the actual pass that you have to have kept for no reason) - BOARDING PASS of RETURN!! (how on earth can you have that if you are still on vacation??) It's perfectly designed to make you desperate and decide to give up in the middle of the process, because if you don't upload all that it doesn't go through. After so many years as a client I WILL NEVER USE HEYMONDO AGAIN... Scammers!
