Ho acquistato il pacchetto con più garanzie per il mio viaggio. Sono arrivato a destinazione due giorni dopo a causa di una riprogrammazione del volo dovuta ad una cancellazione della prima tratta.. Speso soldi per albergo di fortuna, perse tutte le prenotazioni del viaggio organizzato. L assicurazione non rimborsa perche tra le varie clausole che ovviamente non vengono evidenziate al momento della promozione questa non ripaga se il volo è bastato cancellato ma copre solo se arriva in ritardo. In genere i ritardi sono causati da cancellazioni. Ho perso un sacco di soldi. Tanto vale non farla. O rivolgersi a compagnie più serie

I have just purchased the travel insurance. Before doing that, I contacted the customer service for explanation on the travel cancellation policy and they were very fast in answering and clarified my doubts. I also had to change the name on the insurance after the purchase (it was my typing mistake) and they quickly did it and sent me the updated documentation.

Contraté un seguro con Heymondo, y tenía dudas xq mi viaje desde mi localidad hacía escala primero en otra ciudad de España y después de unos 33 días en Australia, Chile, Buenos Aires volvía a la localidad española donde hice mi primera escala … tenía dudas xq contraté el viaje desde la Escala en España a la vuelta en esa misma ciudad (un poco lío) … a través del Chat DIANA me explicó que debía hacer un nuevo seguro ampliando 1 día a la ida … me envió un enlace (conservando un descuentillo que tenía) hice el nuevo seguro de acuerdo con sus indicaciones, volví al Chat le dije la nueva póliza y me comprobó q lo había hecho bien, y ya ella se encarga de anular la póliza anterior que me abonaran en unos días … AGRADECIDO

Felt sick while traveling to Mexico. None of the doctors were available for consultation in the text chat but at least they arranged a visit to a nearby hospital within about 1 hour and I didn't have to pay anything (consultation with a doctor and medical treatment)

Non sottoscrivete la polizza Bagagli, fanno di tutto per non risarcire. MI hanno rotto il bagaglio a Bali ho provveduto ad aprire il claim, non vanno bene i documenti in PDF perchè modificabili, vogliono un preventivo o una dichiarazione di irreparabilità del bagaglio (ma hanno le fotografie del danno stesso...) insomma inutile! Although I have used heymondo several times it seems impossible to buy a new insurance within the app. The webpage wasn't much better. It kept resetting the form every time I changed tab. The prices are good. No idea if the insurance is worth anything as I've never tried to make a claim
