Heymondo Travel Insurance

Still battling to get a reimbursement. I filled out the report in April. I had to keep reminding them that they needed to transfer. They kept saying in 7 days over and over again. The reimbursement was only ~22 EUR from an international account that produced half of that in fees in my bank. We are in July and I still haven't received the rest of the medical reimbursement, nor the reimbursement for the fees they made me incur for using a bank abroad.

GREAT and professional

Obtaining the insurance is very easy, and if you make a mistake in the details and ask them to correct it they will (like, listing the wrong country). But I've never made a claim so I guess that's the real test.

The app is great and makes purchasing and renewing our policies easy. Can't say too much about having to use the product as luckily we have not needed to.

Ho utilizzato l'assicurazione per un viaggio nel sud est asiatico. Mi sono slogata una caviglia e sono stata seguita in maniera impeccabile, mi hanno indirizzato a una clinica privata per un controllo e hanno saldato il conto senza che io anticipassi nulla. Ottima assistenza telefonica, rapida nell'attivarsi e efficiente.

Hemos tenido que anular nuestro viaje por un tema médico familiar por lo que dimos orden a Heymondo para que nos cancelara el seguro y nos devolviera el dinero del mismo.
