Contraté una modalidad diferente de seguro por error y se ofrecieron a realizar la anulación asesorandome con el seguro adecuado a mis Espero que todo vaya según lo previsto, hasta ahora la atención es realmente excelente.

Il loro customer care è efficiente e veloce nel rispondere. Quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di assistenza sono stati pronti ad aiutarci.

If you’re a nomad, avoid this company. I bought a year of coverage for my travels only to find out that it requires you to return home every 26 days for it to be valid… Upon finding this out I tired to switch my policy or get a partial refund (I was only 30 days into my trip) and the customer service was not only terrible but they said I just have to keep the policy and there is nothing they can do to change or cancel it.. Boooo 👎 Total waste of money and they are sneaky.. I’ll also add that I was displaced by the earthquake in Thailand and they wouldn’t cover that either.. the fine print basically makes it so you can’t get help unless the government orders you to leave the country etc..

Rapidi nel rispondere ai dubbi all'atto della stipula del contratto

Contraté un seguro con Heymondo para ir a Perú, la compañía Air Europa me perdió la maleta y no la recuperé hasta una semana más tarde. Tuve que avanzar dinero con las compras de mis básicos pero luego el seguro me pagó una parte de los gastos. Ahora acabo de contratar un seguro para nuestro próximo viaje y estoy recibiendo muy buena atención al cliente con mis dudas. Contenta con Heymondo, lo recomiendo.

Imbarazzante. Ho avuto un problema di salute con mia figlia mentre eravamo in Egitto. Ho chiamato subito l’assistenza per sapere come muovermi. La prima volta mi ha risposto un ragazzo dicendo di farla visitare alla clinica dell’hotel. La seconda una ragazza dicendo che mi avrebbe contattato il referente di zona per indicarmi dove portare la bambina. spoiler: non mi ha mai contattata. (La bambina nel frattempo aveva la febbre a 40,7 da ormai 3 ore). L’ho portata d’urgenza alla clinica (dove ho dovuto anticipare 600 euro per la visita e le medicine completamente inutili dato la febbre non è scesa sotto ai 40) . Il giorno dopo ancora con la febbre a 40,5 non si era ancora fatto sentire nessuno ho dovuto chiamare più volte perché qualcuno mi rispondesse e per fortuna alla fine ci hanno mandato in ospedale (per il trasporto per fortuna ci ha dato una mano l’albergo) e dopo una notte di ricovero siamo riusciti a tornare a casa. Chiesto il rimborso per la clinica privata e non mi hanno mai risposto. Mai più.

The app did't show me the 2nd plan I subscribed (the one that should be active) and shows me only the first one which was already expired because it was of a previous travel! Please improve the iOS app or the api, the insurance and price are very good I think, but without a good app experience it is almost useless because I wasn't able to see my assurance reference code

Value for money

I was travelling around Asia with my partner and kids for a year. We used Heymondo as our insurance and were really happy. We had mixed luck, a few injuries and infections but had access to incredible health care at great local hospitals. Very simple affordable and reimbursed me swiftly when I need to use them.

Sono stati gentilissimi ma sí possono richiedere rimborsi solo entro 15 giorni dopo il viaggio. Superati i 15 giorni non sono previsti reclami. Ho perso la coincidenza e il mio volo è stato ritardato di più di 6 ore ma non mi hanno potuto aiutare.
