Amazing!!!! Eric was a savior. He got me a new CPAP when I was on vacation in NYC and my machine broke. Fantastic customer service and very fast service.

I purchased two hoses and one was wrong hose. I didn't realize it until I opened the package and found that one of the connections was wrong. I contact them and never got a response back. I will try to contact them again today. I email the company a few days ago and still have not gotten a response. I will not be using this company in the future.

My order took about 5 days to receive which was fine but what I received was wrong. Wrong mask,wrong tubing.I called customer service that day and was assured someone would get back to me. 4 days later,after no call I called back and restarted the process and was told they would send the replacements overnight. 4 days later I received a package with another wrong tubing but no mask. I'm very frustrated
I ordered a CPAP. I wish they would have said they're back ordered. Now I'm waiting longer than expected, I even paid extra for 2-day shipping. Now I'm losing sleep and getting more sick. I am still waiting for a response for even just an estimated date of when they'll receive the order. If I knew I had to wait this long to get my CPAP or even a reply, I would have ordered elsewhere.

Help Medical Supplies sent the wrong item. I didn't open the box because it was much smaller than the cpap mask I ordered and need desperately! I emailed them immediately, explained, offered to return the unopened box if they send me a prepaid label, and asked for a refund. That was 3 business days ago, and I haven't heard a word from them since.
A Shipping label was created over a week ago but it looks like the company still hasn't actually shipped my order. They can't blame it on the storm because they are north of the storm and the label was created several days before the storm actually hit FL (company is in NY). Not sure what is going on.
Received exactly what I ordered in a timely manner. The item was cheaper than any other place I could find.
