Eric is Pleasure to work with. Very accommodating
I bought a Mirage Quattro Full face mask from these people and it never worked out of the box. It leaked so bad it was usless from the first try. When I tried to send it back they refused because it was a "hygienic item" but they never defined what a hygienic item was. The mask cost 50% more than other comparable masks. Do not do business with this company
Eric was helpful and professional. Location is very convenient. Recommended !!!
Eric was super helpful and assisted in getting the right equipment for my mother. Highly recommend.
Very knowledgeable . Provided amazing deal on airsense 11. Nick offered a great discount of $949
needed travel cpap mask and ERIC was ve the day....or week ! Eric was a pleasure to deal with and from now on i will buy my supplies from him!
Eric was outstanding and will definitely suggest his services to any client that needs medical supplies!
Had a great experience with Nick. Very informative and led me to the right solution
I would like to extend an appreciative thanks to "Jeanette" and "Nick" for their friendly and knowledgable assistance. I suffer from "Long Covid" and after 10 months of recovery, I am ready to get back to work, but I had the most difficult time finding the unit I researched, and Jeanette found me a better alternative in, literally, 10 seconds, it was so fast and Nick text me the specs while I was talking to Jeanette...What a team...and I was able to pay a little extra to get it next day. I am currently functioning with a 80% lung capacity and in order for me to get back some semblance of my life pre-Covid, I needed a POC for recreation, work, traveling etc. Great Big Thanks to Jeanette😇, Nick😇, and HMS🇺🇸💯% Kind Regards Terrance Barrow 08/26/2022
I came to NYC for the weekend realized I forgot my CPAP Power cord. Found Help medical by googling and saw it was fairly close to my hotel--a long walk. So called and Eric said to come right over He had three cords for me to choose from and luckily had the exact one and it was inexpensive too, just $62. So glad I found them.
I came to NYC on a Saturday to move a daughter into college and discovered I had somehow forgotten my CPAP mask. I googled “Resmed suppliers near the East Village” and found Help Medical Supplies. When I called, Eric was so helpful and told me he had just what I needed. When I arrived and picked up the mask, he was such a nice guy and helped me get just the right fit. Thanks Eric for saving me from a weekend of disruptive snoring!
Eric was very helpful and attentive to my requests. I would buy again from him.
Eric Jackson, super great grade A, excellent.
Eric was welcoming, honest, and professional. He addressed all my questions and didn't try to upsell me on products I didn't need.
Eric provided exemplary service. He understood my concern. Then investigated and called me back with the answer. Thank you. I wish I could find my order number online under my account though.
Visited Help Medical today to replace a worn Cpap mask for my husband. Eric was refreshingly knowledgeable and helpful, and spent all the time we needed to get exactly what we needed. The selection was great, but Eric is what will keep us coming back to Help Medical
Unbelievably efficient medical supply company! Customer service was easy to reach; my concerns were addressed and served very quickly. Nick made it easy for me to ask for favors like asking for a Canadian currency quote and invoice. The products i bought were the best-priced i could find online and they were promptly shipped too! Perfect score from me.
Where do I begin. As soon as you step off the elevator your greeted with smiles. Then Eric came in a very timely manner. Very knowledgeable and welcoming. I was having a bad day and could not find what I was looking for. But he had it and made sure I had my supplies. I highly recommend.
Excellent experience, Eric was very helpful and attentive. Had the oxygen machine I needed and I was able to pick up late Friday, truly appreciate it!
Nick was helpful and easy to work with.
Nick was exceptional. After weeks of searching for the portable oxygen concentrator, he had me taken care of in minutes and we received it the following day. I can’t thank him and this company enough.
