Although I'm enjoying your product, your notification system is terrible. I didnt get any alerts that my shipment was on its way until almost a week AFTER I had received it. Even the day before receiving I had gone to the website and all it said was processing. Then, last week (almost 2 weeks after receiving my product) I get an email saying it's shipped. The product itself: wonderful, best I've had so far. Your system of keeping your customers informed: highly lacking.
I do appreciate all the kind service and professionalism of the staff. They were helpful, patient and very supportive in preparing the order I was requesting! 100% recommendable!

It is great to find a CPAP supplier that does not require a prescription while I am waiting to see the doctor for my new one.
Item was perfect, operates as expected. Only issue was with shipping. Expected ship time was not listed. The options for free shipping could not have been slower then Ground Home Delivery which I paid $24.57 for. Ordered on the 13th, order updated to shipped on the 15th and did not receive till the 23rd. Received via Fedex - would have been faster with USPS.

Very poor customer service. I have attempted to contact customer service on two occasions. I sent 2 emails to customer service because I received the wrong item. As of this writing, I have not yet received a response to either inquiry.
