Can’t recommend enough
Cyuven was amazing and so was his colleague. They did an amazing job cleaning my carpets. They moved all the furniture to make sure they got every corner and they didn’t allow me to help, even though I offered 😂 Really nice guys, professional and overall an excellent service!

Worst customer service and cleaning EVER
I booked for 10am due to the fact I had to be out by 12 and the agency had showing from 12:30. The 4 cleaners got there at 11. If wanted 11 I would off booked 11. 15 minutes late I'm ok with but 1 whole hour. 4 persons to clean a small two bedroom and it still not clean there were places that was not even touched and I have pictures as proof. Jennifer is the worst I've been in Customer Service since the age of 18 to present and would never be as rude as her. But when I sent in the photos of the finish job I got a call from one of the cleaners and then from Theresa follow by an email from Jennifer. Whiles I was not asking for the £190 that was paid upfront I did ask for 75£ back as the worl was not done properly. Whiles they on the other hand wanted to keys to go back and finish which if I still had the keys sure with pleasure but I no longer had access so that left me feeling back as the house was being viewed in a half way clean manner to say. As cleaners this was not a good job at all. I WOULD NOT USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. Oh they even offered a 7% I think it was off of my next clean, hahaha that's a joke this company needs to learn how to clean before they take on cleaning job

Furniture being damaged while performing the service
This is the 1st time I am posting a trustpilot .In general, even I had bad experience, I will take it if not too bad. This experience was horrible. I placed the end of tenants service. The cleaners damaged the dining table. Emailed them about the damage, the customer services said that the table was not part of the cleaning service and thus the table should not be damaged. The simple reason is, the cleaners put corrosion cleaning liquid on top of the table while cleaning the house, and thus, even the table was not part of the cleaning service, it was damaged by them. They tried to push away the liability about the damage. Thanks for that, I will be charged for the stock damage by landlord. Avoid if you dont want to be charged by landlord with damaged furniture. Update: They sent an reply today again and said the table is not included in the service and no way it will be damaged by the cleaners. Good luck for the booking.

Deep clean is f*ing shallow.
Went for the “deep clean” and it absolutely wasn’t at all. House remained filthy with a layer of dust. The team were friendly but seemed intent on finishing as quickly as possible rather than doing things properly. Had to spend rest of day dusting down stuff. Customer service told me without photographic evidence there was nothing they could do - my fault as I was more interested in getting my house dust-free. Am sure it’s fine for basic cleaning but don’t pay £200+ for the deep clean as it’s a waste of your time and money. EDIT: I see your response says you have no record of communication. That is entirely false. The fact you accuse me of that is laughable.

Best money spent on my moving home event
Moving home was definitely a stressful experience, I’m so glad I had decided to hire a professional cleaner to get me going. I booked the cleaner for the day after my move in to new home. Team Nihad, a man and a lady, worked hard for nearly 3 hours (they were even fasting at that time) with no wasting time. I was able to get on my online accounts sorted for banks, suppliers, etc., then when the team has gone, I was able to unpack things straight into the cupboard, etc. It was the best ever money I spent on my moving home event (apart from my house of course 😊).

Hard workers provided a great outcome
The task and end of tenancy deep clean: to bring a three bedroomed older property back from a terrible state. Elderly parents had got overwhelmed with years of accumulated clutter to the point where we didn’t know where to start. We wanted to hand the property over to the new owners in a decent state and knew it needed professionals. We found Hello services competitively priced so went with them. However, the real value came in their ability to estimate the time frame needed for the work and then methodically worked their way through the considerable task. They were very professional and I would happily use them again and recommend them to anyone.

**WARNING AVOID AT ALL COSTS**
**WARNING AVOID AT ALL COSTS** Paid £400 for a deep clean of my home and carpets. 3 people arrived, had old antiquated equipment and proceeded to leave my house in a worse state than they found it. They were on a strict 3 hour time span, so most rooms were not even touched!! Complaints to the company are ignored and am in the process of taking other action. If I can offer any advice it would be to AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I can only imagine any positive reviews are fabricated by staff etc. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! **Since the reply below, I have emailed but never been contacted. When I call, I’m told the department I require are not available and despite repeated promises, I’ve never been called back** **Trading Standards contacted**

This is the second time we have used…
This is the second time we have used the moving services! Man with van Mahmoud was so kind to help us load and unload our belongings. Great experience again! Everything was so well organized carefully arranged and secured for the 130 mile transport! Quick and easy booking great customer service every question I had was answered and they made this whole stressful move seamless! Thank you! I would recommend and use their services whenever I need them!
