Deep clean is f*ing shallow.
Went for the “deep clean” and it absolutely wasn’t at all. House remained filthy with a layer of dust. The team were friendly but seemed intent on finishing as quickly as possible rather than doing things properly. Had to spend rest of day dusting down stuff. Customer service told me without photographic evidence there was nothing they could do - my fault as I was more interested in getting my house dust-free. Am sure it’s fine for basic cleaning but don’t pay £200+ for the deep clean as it’s a waste of your time and money. EDIT: I see your response says you have no record of communication. That is entirely false. The fact you accuse me of that is laughable.
