Amazing 5* service
I found hello services online after needing a new property cleaned. I couldn’t recommend them enough. They were amazing. From calling up and speaking to Jenifer to arrange the clean to having the clean completed by gyuven and divine - it was all a 5* service. I don’t normally leave reviews but I was so impressed with the service I received I’ve made an account on here just to do the review 😂

Disgraceful service
Disgraceful service. Paid for a 7 room house clean, allocated 2.5hrs! Half the jobs included onbthe invoice weren't done, those that were were substandard, not surprisingly they don't do refunds. Had to do the whole thing myself again afterwards. Avoid at all costs complete cowboy outfit *** despite being an end of tenancy clean which has a 7 day review to give any problems they claim it was a one off clean with a 2 day review. They emailed me to say despite paying £230 they wont do anything I won't get a refund and in effect to "do one" only when a negative review is posted do they pretend to care. Hello cleaners, check your email on 22 May at 16.41 from David. You have my booking reference already and photos, the cleaners left before the job was finished because their lift was waiting which I had already told you AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS ***

A huge waste of time and money!
This was a complete waste of time and money. I can’t even believe that they have any happy customers, the cost for what I got was outrageous. It was not a deep clean, it wasn’t even a good clean. To be fair the cleaners worked hard but I was only given 2 people for an hour more than I would normally have had them, and I spent at least two hours cleaning after they had left. The tiles weren’t cleaned, no spiders were removed (I don’t think they even looked up), much of the skirting wasn’t clean and I had to get the hoover out again after they left, the windows may have been wiped but certainly not cleaned. Yes they offered a reclean but actually I had spent a day putting everything away so they could really get in everywhere so needed to put things back as had friends staying at the weekend. The whole thing was a complete waste of my time and money. I suggest you just employ some cleaners. It would be a lot cheaper. Buyers beware - check what you are getting!!

Deep clean
I had a deep clean . Much of it was well done. Didn't realise they'd not bring own cleaning products or cloths. Needs to be made explicit. Would think for the cost then they'd supply own . Beds weren't moved so had to do that myself and also left smears on the windows so I've sorted those as well. Also left my electric fire out of place and had to put back together as they'd moved it and it had come apart. Thankfully was easily sorted. Wish I'd been around to check before they'd left but was trusting it would all be done without the need. Least its generally cleaner.

I hired a deep clean and it was terrible. That was not a deep clean! I feel like I wasted a ton of money for nothing. I sent an email asking for a refund or to send another crew! Waiting on a reply. I have furniture full of dust, appliances that were barely wiped. They didn’t even clean the shower! EDIT: they sent another crew, and a lot of spots were missed again. The people they sent are not professional cleaners. I don't even want to deal with this anymore.. do not hire this company. Its really not worth the money. Of course they don't offer any kind of refund! so it's a scam. The people they sent kept screaming at each other, I felt really uncomfortable. They barely speak English so made it really difficult to communicate (I'm argentinian myself so it's nothing against immigrants) Edit 2: now they are trying to delete my review!!

Good but missed a few things
The team didn’t seem to be properly informed about the full agreed service.. missed a few things that should have been steam cleaned and left a few grease spots in the floor. Otherwise the remaining service was good, nice staff as well, too bad for those details that pose a service difference.
