Sardar and his colleague did a great job of cleaning our house just after we moved in . It was in dire need of a deep clean and when they left it was like a completely different house ! Thank you .

100% do not ever use this company. Even if you're at your last resort, don't bother. I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism, customer care, integrity, or competence in my life. I booked an end of tenancy clean for 3pm as I hand over my keys tomorrow. They emailed me on the day at 12:32pm to ask for confirmation of my address which I responded to at 13:52 as I was busy with movers. Why they would wait until the day of to confirm is beyond me. I received a response at 14:50 acknowledging receipt. At 15:07, I emailed asking for an ETA on the cleaner's arrival as I was waiting at the flat - no response. I called the number on their invoice and website repeatedly - no response. Eventually at 15:38, someone called me back to say they would find out where the cleaners were. At 15:47, Waqas emailed to inform me the team had arrived at the property...except they hadn't. They'd gone to another clean in the same area. Someone (I'm assuming Waqas) called to apologise and offered to rebook on Thursday which was no good for me as I'd booked a specific date and time for a reason. He then offered to speak to the cleaners and see if they'd come later whilst also providing a 5% discount. He emailed confirmation of the updated invoice and rebooked the time for between 19:00-19:30. I asked to be called 15 minutes before to make sure the cleaners were on their way. It's now 22:48 and I've heard nothing since. Thankfully I've been able to rebook with another company for tomorrow morning. If you want your time wasted and more stress added to your life, then by all means, use this company. I would give 0 stars if I could. I have no idea who these lucky people are who're leaving five star reviews but I imagine they're either bots or members of the Hello Services team. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I booked a one-off deep house clean. Smit team were very professional and arrived on time. On initial review, it looked well cleaned, the shower was cleaned particularly well. On closer inspection there were some areas that seemed to have had less attention. Some areas I ended up rehoovering & rewiping. Overall good job but not quite to the quality expected from a ‘deep-clean’ service.

We booked for a deep clean for a house we were moving into with short notice. The friendly team turned up on time, fully equipped and blitzed the house in just over 2 hours. The house was spotless when we returned, carpets given a wash and new lease of life, appliances and windows cleaned. It really felt like a transformation, even though the house wasn't in a bad state to start with. The process really helped us move in and feel like the house was ours. I would 100% recommend the team from Brighton
