This is the second time we have used the moving services! Man with van Mahmoud was so kind to help us load and unload our belongings. Great experience again! Everything was so well organized carefully arranged and secured for the 130 mile transport! Quick and easy booking great customer service every question I had was answered and they made this whole stressful move seamless! Thank you! I would recommend and use their services whenever I need them!

I could not be more impressed. Hello services attnded a property and undertook a particularly bad deep clean. There was no fuss, the team arrived and immediately got stuck in, fantastic service start to finish, will definately use the service again.

Avoid at all costs!
Their idea of a deep clean and mine are vastly different! For two people to take less than 2 hours doing a 4 bedroom, 3 storey house says a lot! They didn’t do bannisters, door frames, the windows were left smeared to name just a few things. They offered to come back but the only day offered we were away so they refused another day and refused any reduction in cost. £351 for 100 minutes work is disgusting especially as I had to go round afterwards cleaning their mess. Will never use this company again.

Carpet Deep Clean - Exceptional
I asked Hello Services for a deep clean of the carpets of a house in London we were moving into. Loqman and his colleague arrived on time and were incredibly fast in firstly hoovering all to be worked on and then deep cleaning a total of seven sets of carpets across our first and second floors including carpeted stairs. After this, they hoovered under the cupboards and behind the washing machine, tumble dryer and areas of the kitchen that even the previous owners, then following tenants had never cleaned! They spent a good 45 minutes on this alone and charged nothing additionally, but worked diligently throughout and left a great impression on our new home. Must use Loqman and his team and I have already begun recommending them and Hello Services.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - I would suggest Trustpilot to take down this company with their fake ratings. The deep cleaning service is absolutely terrible and would worth a negative 5 stars if there is an option for me to select. Will never recommend anyone to use it. Making bold statements on website that they couldn't live up to. The company has no professionalism at all in what they claim they do. The cleaners have the worst attitude ever in terms of customer service and were arrogant. UPDATE:- Absolute nightmare dealing with their customer support. Quoting T&Cs in all scenarios to get away from their responsibilities UPDATE 10/04 - Their customer service tried to settle my complaint with £20 out of the £150 charged for the end of tenancy cleaning which is absolutely unjustisfied for the poor standard. I'll definitely continue my follow-up with the authority to get this right.

Paid £200 for an end of tenancy deep…
Paid £200 for an end of tenancy deep clean. Cleaners arrived and advised that they would only be cleaning the carpets and windows. No other cleaning would be performed as it wasn’t their job. I call the company and spoke with a lady called Jennifer who advised that a further £200 would be require to clean flat. Alternatively I could pay an additional £100 but this would waive my guarantee of a return clean i.e; if the standard was not correct . I obviously did not agree to pay double price or be bullied into paying double. I was then informed that I would be charged a 30% cancellation fee. !! I have also disputed this . Thankfully I will be taking this matter further as I work with the trading standards. And will look forward to doing so. Very disappointing. What a way to earn money !!
