Overall, I wasn’t happy with my experience buying my Mercedes.
All was good up till the point of be driving the car home. It experienced problems such as loose boot springs, navigation not working, drive assistance not working etc.
I initially took the car to Mercedes of Northampton. However after chasing them for a week, the advisor informed me that they “forgot” to action anything so nothing had been done during this time.
I then took it back to Mercedes of Cambridge, whilst in the end they did resolve all the issues. It was very frustrating as they would never update me, and I would constantly have to chase only to be told I would receive a call back and not ever receive one.
All this is even more frustrating considering these issues were never picked up at any point prior to me driving the car away. The car was clearly not fit for sale at the time and this was not picked up at all.
