BMW Chelmsford this is about if i could put a 0 star i would. I strongly advise avoiding this dealership. We purchased this car brand new and expected far better from BMW. Instead, I’ve had an unresolved issue with the vehicle for over a year. Despite countless visits, the problem remains, and I’ve spent more time with the car in their workshop than actually using it. The service team has been dismissive and, at times, rude — repeatedly asking me to go through the same steps I’ve already completed. I’ve made multiple complaints, but nothing has led to a proper resolution. To make matters worse, the only “solution” offered was for me to pay a £2,000 deposit and increase my monthly payments — just to change the car. That’s not a resolution; that’s a penalty for their failure. The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, and it’s left me with no trust in this dealership or the brand’s customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone.
