Max who helped me was excellent wasn’t pushy took time with me he was very patient I felt very confident buying from Group 1 Also I feel if I had any problems Max would e there to answer any questions

We have bought 2 minis previously and the experience was excellent. The BMW experience was not as good as seemed to be stressfull in having to print off loads of paperwork which was supplied by the salesman when we bought the minis. We also had a software problem with the car and the salesman David Seal came to our home with the software troubleshooter and sorted it out. We were promised a little car for our grandson but it has never arrived. Other than that the actual buying experience was very good and I will go back in 2 years to update it.

My son dealt with the garage to make sure it was the right car (a Mini Clubman) at the right price. When I picked it up it had been fully serviced, MOTed and beautifully cleaned inside and out. The garage spent about 10 minutes explaining how to operate the car (very different from my old banger!). I could have done with a much longer lesson as to me it is a bit like a computer on wheels and I am still learning the ins and outs of it now! I haven't heard from the garage since purchasing the car but I'm sure I will when it is time for servicing. Altogether a smooth transaction however, and I would recommend Group 1 Automotive as a reliable and helpful company from which to buy a car.

From the first day that I went in to view the Ford Puma I met Craig and Abby and they were very good in showing me round the car . Craig took me for a test drive and everything was unhurried and non pushy . Which I guess most people prefer. Very impressed with the customer service .
