Poor service
It took several weeks to get an appointment for a very simple software error to be resolved under warranty. I bought the car earlier in the year from your Norwich branch and the service was excellent. At Colchester I was not able to book a while you wait appointment as I have done at other franchises in the past, which wasted a lot of time as I live 25 minutes away. I had a call from Richard to say my car was ready but when I arrived was kept waiting, with no initial explanation for 15 minutes before eventually getting the keys after complaining . I felt everything was for your convenience and as customers we must put up with how you want to work. Very disappointed as we want to use you for ongoing service but may go elsewhere to someone who cares more about customers. Edit:,Thanks for responding but I did not visit BMW , my car was at VW Colchester. Also you have asked me to take up the complaint! Again at my inconvenience not yours
