Tried to report a fault with my wifes car as she had broken down in a supermarket car park, i did'nt have the relevant postcode and he wanted to know exactly where she was in the car park , asked your operator to call my wife and gave him her mobile number but he said that he was unable to call another person, Really disappointed with the service as the car is only 6 months old

Was lied to regarding with extended warranty services, car was not valeted on collection as promised, mileage was incorrect and Manager never responded to email.

Very pleased with car. salesman very polite and pleasant. He even hand delivered a tyre repair kit that was missing.

Sale was good at a competitive price had to bring the car back for a minor repair and while it was sorted in the end it was a bit of a saga to get the fix done

The sales assistant Harvey has been most helpfull through the purchase process and went the extra mile in helping us sorting out one small fault our car developed shortly after our purchase. If we have one criticism it is when we telephoned the Chelmsford garage, on several occasions there was no one answering the phone
