Completely awful service. Wheels were not as ordered and Group 1 tried to fob me off with a "goodwill" gesture payment which was 25% of the cost of the new wheels I wanted. After over 2 months, this is still not resolved and Group 1 are simply silent over the matter and have still not arranged for the correct replacement wheels I ordered. The Service manager is extremely unhelpful and does not respond within reasonable timeframes. I also ordered private plates which were not provided either. This is my ninth BMW but my first AND LAST from Group 1 BMW - Avoid them like the plague !!

Sales staff friendly annmd helpful knowledge on all options available.

My seller was very nice but I had to come back twice as the bonnet wasn’t opening and then once opened the engine was filthy - clearly the car had not been checked properly before the sale. I had to come back 2 times to make sure the bonnet was working properly and given the amount of money spent I was expecting more

Efficient service with excellent staff.

This was a very positive experience buying a car from Group 1. The salesman, Reiss Culmer could not have been more helpful. He helped us choose an appropriate car and made sure our personal needs were met. He was very attentive, efficient and very courteous at all times. His communications were first class keeping us informed at all times during the purchase and preparation stages. I would unreservedly recommend this Group 1 dealer to other people and recommend this salesman as first class.

My salesman was a pleasure to do business with. Very knowledgeable about the product, and the whole process went smoothly.

From start to finish Hamza was very professional and never pushy. I hate going to buy something and the typical salesman full of Sh@t comes and falls over you in a false and condescending way. Hamza was courteous, relatable and always willing to look at all options for me. I can't say enough positive things about him.

Mohammed Hamza Khan went above and beyond. He could not do enough for us. If it was not for him we would not have seen the car or bought it. We had called in a couple of days earlier to see it and was told somebody would call us and they did not. When we returned and were met by Hamza everything went well. He explained everything in detail and when I collected the car he ran through all of the systems, i-drive, app etc .

I have been purchasing cars from Soper BMW and Mini for many years and the service, people and quality of experience have always been great. Early days for Group 1 so as long as everything remains as good I will stay a loyal customer.
