I received outstanding service throughout. This started with the beautiful greeting from Laurie as soon as I arrived. Ben looked after me extremely well, checking how much time I had and regularly making sure I was comfortable and whether I would like a drink. The excellent customer service is part of the reason I purchased a car because I'll be bringing it in for services and MOTs. Everyone working in all departments was smiling and helpful to customers and this speaks volumes. Each time I visited I received a warm welcome from the person on reception. Ben offered outstanding service and care throughout. He spent a lot of time with me and I didn't feel rushed. I had seen three possible cars on the website however I'd never been inside a Yaris Cross. He spent time showing me the two cars available to view (the car I bought was in the workshop), explaining the features and about hybrid so that when we went for a test drive I felt very comfortable with the car and it sold itself! Ben has a very relaxed and comfortable demeanor, he's extremely professional in a very natural way. The fact that he has been a Toyota mechanic means he truly understands the cars and could answer all of my questions in a manner which I understood. I was given plenty of time, never rushed and never pushed into making a decision, quite the opposite. Buying from Group 1 was so simple and I'm pleased that after almost 20 years away from Inchape Toyota it's clear to see that the change of ownership has retained the local, friendly garage feel. I found a fantastic car with very low mileage that's practically a new car. I'm very grateful to the workshop staff for finishing their checks so that I was able to view my car on and Saturday afternoon to complete the purchase. Unfortunately Ben was on a training course when I collected my car so I was well looked after by Balazs for the handover. I was extremely pleased with each aspect of the sale, Ben called me when he said he would and kept me well informed with regards to viewing the car I was hoping to (and did) purchase. Ben is a huge asset to your team and certainly a large part of the reason I bought my car. I experienced excellent customer service from all of your departments even those people I didn't meet but who made sure my car was ready for me. A massive thank you to the team in Sandhurst and especially to Ben.

John and Charlotte are amazing they always go above and beyond and are super helpful whenever i purchase a car. Lovely to deal with as are all the staff at Hailsham BMW.

My experience with GR1 at Lincoln has been excellent, although I do have a few concerns about the car.

Managed to buy a low mileage car, salesman very knowledgeable regarding the car I bought. Very happy with car. I still think the car should come with a spare wheel as have the room for one>

The time that we were permitted to try out the vehicle was generous. The terms of purchase were fully explained, together with any options. Communications were timely and well detailed. The vehicle was thoroughly checked and handed over in excellent condition. The after sales service was very helpful and after 6 months of use the vehicle is still performing well.

All staff are very helpful and always keep me updated on what is happening ref to any changes to the work and cost! an altogether great and stress free experience,

Excellent and helpful staff constrained by the rules that Land Rover lay down on not using older/not available/ non OEM parts in fixing their past models. If only LR would support their older cars as well as Mercedes and Porsche then owners would not have to go to the after market products to fix their cars.

5 star service received from Jack Brown at Toyota Burton. From start to finish Jack made the transition to my new car so easy and smooth. He went above and beyond the service I expected to make sure I was perfectly happy with my purchase. Thank you Jack

A good experience.

Good deal commercially which I was pleased with. However it took 4 phone calls to get my deposit refunded after completing the sale. I also asked about the paintwork and was assured the car would be beautifully prepared. The paintwork was covered in swirl that had not been attended to - not what I expected in an approved used car at 34K.

Very pleased with the purchase but when collecting the car the cleaning and valeting was not up to the standard expected from a BMW dealership also wasn’t shown how to pair the dash cam to my phone which I’m still having trouble with. So they could have done better.

Stephen was amazing! My service and booking had been incorrectly sent to me but Stephen slanted to get me seen the same day and with a lease car!

The service prior to the sale along with since has been flawless. Jerry made the handover feel special and really highlighted the occasion of me picking up my first BMW as a special experience. I would highly recommend Group 1 as a dealer to my friends.
