Awesome service
Was served by a young lass in sterling mills sure her name was Evie. Cracking service very helpful unlike most staff in places these days. Couldn’t have asked for a better server.

Greggs have no interest in British Foods or Culture. Greggs Sausage Rolls in 2025 only contain 18 percent Pork! They used to be made with 72 percent Pork but Greggs chosen to scrap British Culture and... See more

Was in the other day great service and employees were nice very communicative to which is a plus Especially the worker named Evie.
I was in Greggs at Stirling Mils Tillicoultry on Sunday the 9th of February and am really happy with the service I received from a young lady Evie. She was warm and welcoming when serving myself. So polite and pleasant. She was really helpful and patient with me when I was taking my time deciding what I was wanting. It's nice to walk into a shop and see staff smiling and to be happy at work. I will definitely be returning. 100% satisfied with the service I received from Evie.
Greggs Stirling Services Arrived to find the shop closed at 7.30 am, there was a girl inside who told us in not so nice a manner the shop was not opening until 8am that weekend and the next weekend, no sign on the door, we are regular customers who arrive at the same time each weekend, there should have been a sign up for customers
Went into Greggs in Westminster Underground Station as I heard they now sell a Vegan Sausage Roll I wouldn’t usually eat junk food especially fast foods cheap and nasty. I asked an assistant what the ingredients were having allergies he brought his iPad out which didn’t work he said there is a QR Code I said what if I didn’t have the facility to read a QR Code he had no idea. I explained to him it is now the law to have a list of all ingredients ready available when a customer asks quite clearly this Greggs did not why is this law not being upheld so many cafe, restaurants I am going into do not have this list available.! Not sure why I’m bothering to write this review Greggs do not even look at them typical!
I don’t know where I would be without Greggs their food is amazing the shop at Westbrook Warrington is spotlessly clean and the servers are very polite and friendly 5 stars all day long on hygiene food quality and staff professionalism- well done
Had lunch in Greggs Cwmbran on Monmouth Walk. John, the Manager is amazing. So friendly and chatty, he lights up the store. A credit to the company
Waited 20 minutes in a queue when I got to the counter and asked for a pizza. Answer was just no with no explanation. 20 minutes for a complete rejection. Port Talbot Greggs. Very very disappointed. Doubt if me and my family and friends will come again. This review won't let me remove the one star.
Appalling service this morning on the A303
Lower Addiscombe road. All rude staff don’t even know how to make a ice coffee
The front door to the establishment kept blowing open as it had no closer fitted - the staff put a notice to close the door as we all were freezing whilst eating and drinking - the ovens were slow cooking beacuse of the draughts apparently - who knows how much energy was lost in money heating outside - Costa next door took a lot of customers as their doors appeared to self close - so this door cost customers also - please will you put a closer on the front doors they dont cost a lot - and save energy - thank you Mr Maher and wife
Greg’s bakery in Macclesfield, very nice people to deal with but I seem to be always waiting for a steak bake and sausage rolls which are always eight minutes late, just need to work on their logistics a little
Lack of customer service. We were served by a very angry female who should focus more on providing a higher level of customer service than on rushing around and throwing things. Maybe some training would be appropriate for this member of staff, who lacks warmth. She was colder than a Greggs sausage roll. Left not really wanting to return. It's only a Greggs, at the end of the day.
I went into Greggs in Leckwith with my friend and was quite unhappy with my experience. Purely because of the worker who was at the time sweeping the floor. I waited back to let him do his thing but he then acted like I was in the wrong and acted completely inadequately. Then proceeded to get even more in my way when called out on this behaviour. Was not fair at all. The rest of the staff were lovely.
The cashier was very nice however the little boy sweeping the floor hugged and puffed and slapped his arms down when I walked past to pick something up very rude and disrespectful very in jappy
6 people in line with one person serving as if we did not have to go to work
Unfortunately you cannot award zero stars so one it is. I’ve visited various Greggs to purchase a sausage roll over the last few months. With one exception the sausage roll tray was empty because they seem completely unable to cook enough for the customers. When you enquire as to the availability of said “ Sausage roll” The staff glance over to the oven and declare that they will be ready in between 5 to 20 minutes. The item is pretty rubbish anyway and they continue to add 5p to the price regularly. So today was my last visit to a Greggs for a sausage roll that was not available. Cannot say I’ll miss going to stand in there waiting.
literally just tasty how has this got bad reviews at all <3
AMAZING FOOD, i love the sweet smell of that lovely pastry
I use Greggs a lot as I love their chicken and bacon baguettes. Their coffee is okay, but there is no consistency with it. It is weak one day and very strong on another. I love the price. My only complaint is that they are always dirty. The self clearing of tables only leaves the tables litter free and not clean. When busy instead of serving more customers they would be far better to have someone cleaning tables, or have wet wipes if some description in a dispenser so that customers can clean their table before sitting down. Tables with food and drink marks and stains spoil the dinning experience. Clean the tables and brush the floor and they would have the perfect operating model.

Greggs receives a mixed reception from customers, with a significant number expressing dissatisfaction. While some reviewers appreciate the friendly staff and good service at specific locations, such as the Kilmarnock and Bath Road stores, many others report serious issues. Common complaints include cold food being served, with multiple customers noting that items they purchased were not hot despite being assured otherwise. Additionally, there are concerns about food quality, with reports of unsanitary conditions and a decline in the traditional recipes that once defined the brand. Customers also mention poor management, such as running out of popular items early in the day. Overall, while there are pockets of positive experiences, the overwhelming sentiment leans towards disappointment.
