What's gone wrong at Greggs
What's gone wrong at Greggs ? The coffee is burnt and ruined by using boiling water. The pasties are never warm let alone hot. They need some managers that know how to manage.

Greggs have no interest in British Foods or Culture. Greggs Sausage Rolls in 2025 only contain 18 percent Pork! They used to be made with 72 percent Pork but Greggs chosen to scrap British Culture and... See more

Ordered via Just Eat.The coffee was disgusting! Not drinkable and made me sick. I questioned if it was made with full milk as it did not taste like it. Refused a refund from Just Eat as it is against their policy !!!!
Been eating and enjoying Greggs for many years But sadly Greggs in Reddish Stockport has gone downhill Pizza is cold the bean cheese sausage pastry cold These are not cheap foods Is there no way to keep it Hot ? Not like it's last one as full tray of it Also tidy up new staff members please
charging extra to sit in which I paid. Someone else came in ,said he wasn't sitting in and sat in for about 20 minutes and nothing was said. If they're going to ask the question then they need to manage it too
Went to our local Greggs as normal, usually pretty good but this time our experience was not good, apart from the coffee which was hot, the potato wedges were not also the pasties were cold and the staff would not warm them up. I went into the toilet and it was appalling, the floor, sink, mirror and most other appliances were dirty and had water marks all over them, the disabled rails were full of body dust, I was completely disgusted with the state of the toilet.
i ordered a good to go, workers swore at me after i asked why there’s no pizza in my bag , which i was promised and got scammed. They supplied me 2 days late because the workers were too lazy to cook more.Workers had hair down whilst cooking, very unhygienic.
Well it's happend again another 10p on steak bakes and others, and have heard there is going to be another rise in a few months, what are they thinking people are struggling and their solution put prices up,I used to go into greggs at least 4 to 5 times a week now its once a week I now use other sandwiche outlets,if everyone does the same maybe they will think twice before rising prices again
Follow up from us and special needs dog banned from Greggs Exeter. Photos of special needs dogs allowed sign on front door. STILL THERE and me showing legal certification. Message finally after 6 auto messages to customer care saying. David Reference Number: 108786 Thank you for taking the time to get back to us with the further information we asked for. This means we can put the right actions in place to prevent it from happening again, so we really hope you see an improvement moving forwards. We have sent your comments to the Area manager and they will be in touch with the shop to conduct an investigation. As requested, we will give you a call tomorrow to discuss this with you. Is there a convenient time you would like us to call? Once again, we’re sorry for letting you down, David. We hope to hear from you soon. Kind Regards, FINISH Nothing done nobody called no more answers from customer care. FOBBING ME OFF. Total liars through and through. When banning ouselves from food when my wife in 3/4 hour was going to hospital for an operation tells you their family values ar Greggs. I was in there for 5 mins having to listen to 3 drunks on the next table swearing with extreme fowl language. Nice for young children and the so called manager ignoring it. Another instance last year my daughter and a heavily pregnant friend buying food as did not wish to be in an alian place to take away asked to use the toilets and was told no because your not eating in! Nice family values they got apologies and coupons. I will never use this disorganised, badly run place again.
Enjoy Greggs, wish I could find price list on the app.
Rachel at Farmwell Road, Sutton-in-Ashfield Greggs bakes the most incredible croissants. She is moving to the Mansfield Store and will be greatly missed.
I like greggs. But those scotch pies were terrible. South of the border, what a disappointment
Greggs has alway bean reasonable pricing but just recently in one day prices on certain things have go up I mean I get prices go up but a reg latte is now £2.15 as the day befor it’s £2.00 Not like .5p-10 stight to 15 a simple £2 coffee is sound on a daily week price I’m just saying it will get to the point I won’t bother an many more might fallow we can all live with out it at a price!
Myself and partner had2 sausage rolls each from Greg's Shrewsbury town centre and after 2 hours we both being sick but yet I see Greg don't respond to negative reviews it's got to the rolls as both poorly keep away stay safe
Wait in a queue eastern avenue gloucester for 20 mins and started before 11 and then told at 11.12 no more breakfast rolls as all what’s left is for just eat and you see sausages and bacon in the tray isn’t good enough. Terrible service really as cook more and 2 other people were in time for a breakfast roll too
greggs alvis retail park (29 12 24) , no sugar available for drinks, many people dont like sweetner. There is a branch of Aldi just opposite, where sugar could be bought. Work men are often in Greggs on weekdays, who are known for liking sugary tea. sugar availabity for tea and coffee is a very basic thing for a shop like Greggs. Customers should be informed that they have no sugar before purchasing. However Greggs bacon rolls are usually very good value.
Shelves always empty. Always a big queue and one staff member serving. Hardly anything on show
I just can't believe its 2024 and companys wont take a £50 note. Grow up and learn that money is money. And the way they looked at me in the store so rude and disgusting.no we don't take £50 notes only certain stores do, then to find out I was lied to because no greggs stores actually take £50 notes. Biggest joke ever.
Noticed today Greggs have just increased coffee price. Large latte from £2.50 to £ 2.75 Shockingly greedy greggs.
I buy my coffee almost daily at the Gregg shop at Washington Square Centre in Workington. The service is welcoming and efficient. Of note, is the service I always receive from Sam. It is exceptional. The whole team is Great
Was out shopping in birchwood centre warrington and decided to grab a bite from Greg's. I saw the hash browns and as I love them decided to get a bag. When I opened them what a disappointment!!!...they cost me £1.60 and there were 2 of the palest hash browns I've ever seen!...not only that they were so dry and very bland. I won't bother with Greg's again I'll go to the Co op and get some from their hot cabinet...much cheaper...properly cooked, absolutely delicious and you get 3

Greggs receives a mixed reception from customers, with a significant number expressing dissatisfaction. While some reviewers appreciate the friendly staff and good service at specific locations, such as the Kilmarnock and Bath Road stores, many others report serious issues. Common complaints include cold food being served, with multiple customers noting that items they purchased were not hot despite being assured otherwise. Additionally, there are concerns about food quality, with reports of unsanitary conditions and a decline in the traditional recipes that once defined the brand. Customers also mention poor management, such as running out of popular items early in the day. Overall, while there are pockets of positive experiences, the overwhelming sentiment leans towards disappointment.
