Greggs have no interest in British Foods or Culture. Greggs Sausage Rolls in 2025 only contain 18 percent Pork! They used to be made with 72 percent Pork but Greggs chosen to scrap British Culture and... See more

The staff in Milford Haven Greggs went the extra mile to help me with my app and nothing was too much trouble with my very large work order. Both men behind the till happy, helpful and a great representation of how customer service should be done.
Greggs Weston Super Mare Food tepid at best. Bin not emptied and rubbish piled on and around it. Rubbish on the floors. We had to ask for a cloth to clean the table we intended to use. No sign of anyone at all coming out to clean up or wipe down during the 25 minutes that we’ve been here. Toilets…unfortunately unisex…fairly nasty and looked like they’d not been cleaned for ages….urine all over the floor and a toilet that looked like a tractor tyre had been hauled through it. 🤢
Went to greggs in central Milton Keynes after waiting 10 minutes in the queue I get the the front and the woman said cash only machines aren’t working so I waited for no reason as I didn’t have cash at the time would of been nice to have a sign to let people know before they wait.
Rip off. Poor food.
Went to Swansgate Greggs on Saturday at 10:45am had brilliant service a lady called Jenny Reece Jenny was very friendly helpful very approchable i really enjoyed my breakfast and hot drink i would totally reccomend the Greggs at Swansgate thank you for always a brilliant and amazing service
Went to greggs on viaduct estate Accrington, closed again. Told to go to Broadway, no Sausage, Bean and Cheese wait 16 mins, sausage rolls, sold last 2, and laughed. Wow great customer service. I know that sometimes you may run out but to have to wait 16 mins means you must not have put them in until you had already sold out. To laugh at a customer who has asked for 2 items and are not avail, looking at what was avail, the other offerings outside of pizza were a sorry state too.
My Dad used to say there are two guarantees in life; Death and Taxes. I would like to add a third; Greggs price increases. Everytime I go in the shop the price has gone up. They make it up as they go along... Yet they still make billions in revenue. Past price increases already factor in the increases in food and electricity, staff pay etc so Pure greed!
I was in Greggs today at Westwood Cross with my partner and my baby. Their back seating area was closed but the front few tables were open. My partner sat down in the open front section of the cafe. I then purchased our food and was told by a young man ‘our seating area is closed so this will be a takeaway’ I said ‘I’m going to sit on this table at the front and breastfeed my son, is that okay?’ The man behind the counter was a trainee and he went to ask someone else. He then came another staff member came out from out the back and said ‘I’m really sorry, breastfeeding isn’t allowed in here, you’ll have to use the public toilets or the benches outside’. As it was busy and there was a queue I just left it and sat down. I asked another member of staff a little later after I’d finished my food whether I could breastfeed my son and she said ‘sorry, breastfeed isn’t allowed in here, you’ll have to use public toilets or outside seating area’. I said I was not feeding my son in the toilet and asked who made that rule. She said ‘it’s just policy and there’s nothing I can do’. I then had to walk my son to another restaurant in Westwood cross to feed him. It’s shocked me that in this day and age women are being refused the ability to breastfeed their children!!
This company is so backwards. If you work as the lowest member of staff, be prepared to be treated like utter shit. Your managers will talk to you like shit. Your area managers will talk to you like shit. And you have to put up with it as you're not a team member. If you do put in a complaint, they won't listen to it. I made 6, yes 6 formal complaints about my area manager. I only got listened too when I promised legal action. Even then Liam O'connor, the regional manager, just said "He doesn't experience that with Corin Timmins (area manager) so it never happens. He is so dense he couldn't understand that Corin will act different to her boss than her subordinates. The problems I had with Corin was I want my hours increased. As £186 a week is not enough to live on. But I would've bankruptted the company if they had. Whilst Roison currie is on a yearly salary of £1.65 million. The people Advisors for the company (HR) have zero integrity, morals or beliefs that the company can do any wrong. If you get offered a break, make sure you get video evidence of asking every single manager in your building. Or they will gang up on you and say no one said you could go for a break. If you have to take medication during your shift, it's better if you don't. Every single manager I had and Corin complained I had to take medication for epilepsy, due to thale fact I had to go off the shop floor for a couple of minutes. If you're the sandwich maker, meant to only make sandwiches. That's wrong you will be asked to do every job, then get moaned at for leaving sandwiches, no finishing them. If you have kids you can pretty much do what you want. Come in late, leave early. Just say because of yours kids and no problems there. Any type of management, you can come in late, do whatever you want basically as they can change their times but as a team member you will have to take that hit if your late. Even if not they might just say you are late. Increasing prices, Roison currie says because they gave wage increases. Funny how she didn't say who got the raises. It wasn't anyone on the shop floors. Middle members of staff, that contribute nothing to the company. Yet they got all the raises. This company is ridiculous, with some of the worst food can buy. Imagine paying over £2 for a steak bake and lucky if you find one piece of steak. And now I am going to have to issue a cast and desist because of false statements coming from the company about myswlf. Still the people advisors are saying that doesn't happen. But it has and a lawsuit will follow if nothing happens
I love Greg's food however there prices are terrible 5.70 for iced doughnut and 3.60 for normal jam these items a 1 pound everywhere esle terrible rip off
Hi Went into Greggs Hall Green Birmingham, lovely ladies excellent, professional friendly Aleesha always, since last year till now, amazing. Today included with Zeena and Sumaiyah Also thanks to Surya brilliant sorted delivery. Wonderful ladies Thanks xx
Best Greggs in Dumfries is Greggs retail park, clean , fresh , amazing young ladies , manager is great, as is lady supervisor, great place to be , lovely food ,
Bought two breakfast deals and some sausage rolls, from the Selby Greggs for delivery, I was surprised how hot they were, when I received them and the quality and price were great too.
Yuk. The quality of the hot pastries has gone down badly post covid. The pastries are now warm than piping hot yet we are charged higher price for hot meals. Rip off and possibly against good safety standards for storing hot food.
Great customer service but why are the vegan sausage rolls barely warm ? I've been disappointed on two separate occasions by the the temperature or lack of and I think they are too salty. The salt I can deal with but surely this is a hot food choice.
Amazing food and amazing go too place amazing go to them and check them out
Vegetable bake, long time favourite of mine. Bought one today, first time for a while. I dont know why they have replaced the 'good ole recipe' with what looks and tastes like sour vegetable soup but it was disgusting. Threw it away. Please bring back the old recipe. Sausage roll was also not the same... too greasy.
Tracy is a pleasure to be served by, she greats us with a smile, is quick and accurate to serve our order, a real asset to your company. We will continue to be patrons of the Stretton shop due to all staff.
mathew was amazing. Greggs in St Davids Cardiff. Always a smile on her face. I always order the same thing, hot chocolate with a sausage roll, always get great customer service!

Greggs receives a mixed reception from customers, with a significant number expressing dissatisfaction. While some reviewers appreciate the friendly staff and good service at specific locations, such as the Kilmarnock and Bath Road stores, many others report serious issues. Common complaints include cold food being served, with multiple customers noting that items they purchased were not hot despite being assured otherwise. Additionally, there are concerns about food quality, with reports of unsanitary conditions and a decline in the traditional recipes that once defined the brand. Customers also mention poor management, such as running out of popular items early in the day. Overall, while there are pockets of positive experiences, the overwhelming sentiment leans towards disappointment.
