Service was ok but the seating area look look it’s not been cleaned for days, crumbs everywhere Sometcoates branch

At first, I was ignored here. And this Thursday I faced bullying. When I was picking up my order, I asked for a bag with handles, they gave me one without handles. I asked again for one with handles, I wouldn't have cared if it weren't for my back injury, and I could hardly move, to which the woman rudely replied, we don't have any bags with handles for you, if you want a bag with handles, pay for it! The bags that everyone was leaving the establishment with were given out for free, but they tried to sell it to me personally? Is that how it works?

Great customers skills from Aaron at your high street Barnstaple north Devon store and also for his honesty we gave Aaron two £10 notes by mistake stuck together he brought it to our attention and gave us £10 back we'd like to say thank you to him

I’ve always used the Greggs in town but used the one on the grey hound park this week The coffee tasted week and the service is not as good as town

The sausage rolls are are my fave, hot and crispy, and the vegan options are just as tasty. Perfect for a quick bite on the go.

Ordered breakfast rolls to be delivered am basically 3 minutes away in the car food arrived stone cold and the size of the breakfast rolls where only fit for a child 3 little cocktail sauces in a bun seriously disgusting for the price, everything is getting more expensive and smaller and the quality of the items is slipping last week we had steak bakes that where burned on the bottom and over done on top and the cookies where overcooked didn't realise until I got home that they where burned and overcooked is there no quality checks

I bought two pasties from the greggs at winwick road inside the tescos. They tasted like the just came out of a fridge. Will not be a customer there ever again. Oh and the staff were to busy laughing and talking rather than serving customers. Disgusting experience

Tried them a few times - what terrible food they serve. Their so called signature sausage rolls are way too greasy and what’s with the white powder on their overcooked bacon rolls? I’ll stick with McDonalds whenever I have to eat out quickly.

Greggs Victoria Centre Nottingham never had a single problem with Greggs the staff at the Victoria Centre Greggs are a credit lovely friendly staff always with a smile The Greggs staff below Charmaine Emma sally Toni and kay we have been going to Greggs for many years and Victoria Centre Greggs is by far the best Greggs we have been to by far if I’d could rate them a million stars I would but five stars all round. I don’t go as often but when I do go it’s always an enjoyable experience with the best staff at this bakery by far no other Greggs compares plus they know their regulars and it goes along way. 😘

We went into Greggs Carlisle this morning and was greeted by a lovely and friendly sales assistant. Being vegan she was so apologetic not having a oatmilk option. Being early on a Sunday morning it was such a positive experience. Keep up the great customer service young lady!

My Local Greggs in Asda Lower Earley has the best team in my opinion. They are efficient, helpful and very caring to all customers, Delivery drivers. Beth, a very dedicated team member always go beyond to deliver exceptional service. Customer for Greegs for some years now... Well Done

Hiya I would love to know your reasoning, on stopping the sales of the Vegan Steak Bake, to Iceland/Food warehouse? As a 30yr+ Vegetarian, when I saw the Vegan Steak Bakes in my local Food Warehouse, I was over the moon. Honestly, these bakes are next level (for a Veggie) Quorn, gravy & soft pastry. Gutted, when I went in today, to be told Food Warehouse won't be selling them anymore, I was gutted! Do you know how many tasty Veggie products just stop being made, even though they are loved by many. I should be used to it. But I DO love them vegan steak bakes 🤷

Poor never again. Always bought from Jenkins who have lovely friendly staff, tried Greg's neath Abbey today for change, lady who served me was terrible and food disgusting. Chicken bake, all cream no chicken and way overpriced won't be trying again. Hello Jenkins see you soon.
