Gone majorly downhill. Everything tastes awful. It's all frozen stuff. Really bad for you, and even tastes bad. Used to love it.

Love Greggs pasties, baguettes, pasta etc. Hot chocolate is horrible it’s weak I had one and threw it away, next day asked the girl could she make it a little stronger said she couldn’t so I asked can she reduce the water said it’s made by the machine Please Greggs who is taste testing your products. You really do need to change suppliers as it really is terrible

I asked salt for chicken and chips They day they don’t have salt! So tasteless not enjoying!

Disappointing Service at Greggs A420 I was extremely disappointed with the service at the Greggs store on the A420. The employee who served us seemed uninterested and rude. When we asked for a soft baguette for our breakfast, we were told, “You get what you get.” When our order was handed to us, every item was tossed onto the counter with no care. If I hadn’t been buying food for my children, I would have left and asked for a refund. It’s clear that Greggs needs to provide better customer service training to ensure a more positive experience for customers.

I went thow consett drive thow and the price off a sandwich has gone up 40p NOT AS IF THERES MUCH IN IT . I NOT GO BACK AGAIN 40p DEGUSING

Greggs have lost there ways only concentrating on there baguettes. No fresh cakes etc anymore all items now have a longer shelf life and taste horrible . Your pies taste awful now they used to be good but filling now is disgusting. Bring back fresh cakes ,home made bread and I will come back.

Terrible customer service, long queues and only 1 person serving.

Over a long period of time and lots of attempts to get bacon rolls .. either never any or have to wait till something is cooked… poor show.. very unreliable Both of Montrose outlets

The lovely ladies at Wylfa roundabout, Mold, are an absolute delight, love them all, always happy, smiling and pleased to see me. Either myself or my husband are in at least once a day and these lovely ladies are tireless, everything always stocked and clean. If I could give 10 stars I would 🥰

I was i the bury street shop enfield where I ordered two sausage and bacon baguettes while making them the young girl used the bottom of the bain marie to hold open the baguette when I asked her not to do this for sanitary reasons I was told they always do it this way and if I didn't like it go elsewhere this was then reiterated by the manageress wich is fine by me as myself and my family will never darken Gregg's doors again

One of the staff goes to the outside bin ...serves me without washing her hands !! Why would you think thats acceptable in front of a customer .....what does she do after going to the toilet ...being so blatant !! Complain ....usual generic reply !! Really taking it on board ....wont be in a rush to go there again ! Disgusting ...

I would just like to give credit where credit is due. It was -6 this morning and even though it was miserable outside and there was a queue of grumbly people, the manager and trainee (Sew) of the Kingsthorpe branch were helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service which is rare to find these days. My belgian bun was lovely, my mint hot chocolate was lush and it brightened up my morning. I always find this store better than the town store, hot pastries and good staff.

Just tried my first Greggs savoury mince pie. Very disappointing. As a regular customer of Greggs I am normally happy with their food but this Savoury mince pie left a lot to be desired. The pastry was awful and the contents of the pie tasteless. But that pastry!!!!

Sorry to let you down I’ve been a good customer but time has gone on latte large £3.40 these days going back onto Costa think the price is extraordinarily to expensive for what it costs.☹️

Greggs in Buntingford, Hertfordshire, service station is a joke. they display food that is supposed to be hot / warm that is always stone cold such as pizza etc. after asking them on a couple of occasions to warm up the food after purchasing, i was told No without any hesitation. Am I asking to much to have warm food on a cold day after paying the inflated price ?.

I LOVE GOING INTO MY LOCAL GREGGS ON CHILLINGHAM RD HEATON . SHERLY AND HER TEAM ARE ALWAYS RUN OFF THERE FEET BUT ALWAYS SO FRIENDLY TO THERE CUSTOMERS . JUST FEEL THEY NEED A MENTION . WHAT A FAB TEAM LOVE JOANNE FROM NISSAN . HAPPY NEW YR TO ALL OF THEM .

The choice of food in Greggs Redhill branch is always good but better still the service is outstanding. The staff are always friendly and happy to help, it’s the first branch I’ve been to that don’t mind making your ordered up if run out! The staff are fantastic, the manager, assistant managers are all outstanding right down to the day to day staff nothing is to much trouble. I don’t know how they stay so happy and friendly

Getting a bit fed up with getting stone cold pasties from this place!! usually from services.. will go elsewhere from now on!!
