Terrible customer service. Can’t cancel my subscription. Regular price box way way overpriced. Food is OK.

I loved the meal service, but the customer service was terrible. Problem: I was receiving meals twice a week but only wanted them one time a week. Contacted customer service 4-5 times, each time I was told it was resolved, it was not. Spoke with 3-4 agents and none of them followed through. One of the agents was very rude, and lied to me. Another agent very graciously took off the cost of one of the boxes which I appreciated, but didn't fix the problem as several days later, the boxes started rolling in again. It was very difficult getting through to a supervisor, but after I did, they took care of the problem. UPDATE : I was contacted by GreenChef and they followed through with stopping the orders as well as refunding the cost of several boxes, one of which I refused delivery of. Take away: Food is really good and very fresh, however, their customer service is woefully lacking. Hopefully this will inform the management about the need to improve customer service training. 5 stars for the food, presentation, ingredients and no stars for their customer service. Not sure if I'll give them a second chance, we'll see.

Always love the variety and quality of meals, but this time we got some rotten produce and a seasoning packet that was empty.
I have been using GreenChef for several weeks now. I have been pleased with every meal I have received both from an ingredients and a taste perspective. Great job.

Excellent meal service. Huge selection each week that will work for anyone. All the items are packaged well and very fresh.
The veggies continue to show up old and hardly edible. Potatoes are always soft, lemons, green onion, all bad. Only thing that's ever fresh are the carrots. Really like the food and the only reason why I haven't cancelled.
Although you made a mistake, you credited me for the two veggie meals.

One of my dishes was missing two ingredients
We love the overall service of Green Chef. The reason for the missing star would be the confusion around "rewards" and what I was told I was going to get (free premium meals, free cheesecake... ) that I never got. I would also like to be able to denote my preference *dairy free* and *gluten-free*. I believe there is a vegan option, but I love to eat meat, but can't eat dairy. The app is lovely, but I don't like that my past recipes disappear and I don't like that you ask me to rate recipes all at once when I receive the shipment--I haven't opened all of the meals, so if I have feedback, I've missed my opportunity to do so by the time I open it. I would like compostable packaging so I can throw all the food waste and packaging in my compost after cooking! Finally, for a four-serving meals, I feel like sometimes the produce is packaged poorly. I will get two halves of red pepper in plastic bags, but cut peppers don't keep very well, so they are mushy and slimy when I open them (even if the day after I receive them). Peppers should be sent whole for 4 serving meals.

Great recipes and really easy to follow. However, we have been receiving recipes with wheat even though we requested gluten free. Also I am still very disappointed with the amount of plastic used for packaging. Will probably not continue for that reason.
We have had largely positive experiences with GreenChef and look forward to more. Some packaging has missed an item or two, but all recipes have been tasty. We waited five days to cook one recipe and the veggies were slightly wilted, but that's on us. Value for money is good.
The food is very tasteful! Would love to have more vegetables . I feel that the vegetables are barely enough for two servings

Overall it’s an excellent meal selection. The reason I chose Green Chef was because of the Organic meals but didn’t know I’d have to pay extra for the organic selections. Also two of my meals came without all of the ingredients and when I sent an email to customer service I never heard a response. A couple of my packages were delivered in damaged boxes causing the meals not to be chilled and they went bad before I could cook them within the week so I had to throw the meals out. I also contacted Customer service about this and no response. Meals are delicious but customer service needs working on when it comes to responding when there are issues.
Right now there are 2 or 3 extra KETO recipes each week. However, it won't be long before we tire of 3 werkly choices.
