We absolutely love this meal service. The price is great, the ingredients are so fresh, the recipes are so creative and flavorful. It is so easy to put these meals together and we are absolutely saving money on groceries and wasted produce. We are so glad we found this service. A bonus to the whole situation my husband has lost 32 lbs since we started this service and we no longer eat fast food on a regular basis.
The ingredients are always right, always delicious and always easy to prepare! GC is my favorite meal kit service and I've tried them all!
The meals are easy to make and delicious. I just wish I could afford it every week.

I love green chef! We like to eat vegan meals and they always have fresh produce with the meals. Cooking is simple and not too long to make. About once a month we receive an incorrect meal or missing ingredient but they always reimburse for the issue.

Food was good for the most part.Things we didn’t like: The amount of veggies, in particular green leafy veggies, was too little for two people. Frequently, at least one meek would be missing ingredients or had substitutions and I wouldn’t have ordered it if I had known what the substitutes would be. Finally, it would be good if each meal had the amount of fat, sugar and salt per serving listed in an easy to find location.
Recipes are great!! Produce not so much. Amount of food you get for the money is too expensive.
Two of the three meals in this week's shipment (delivered on 5/8) included kale that was so spoiled it was inedible. It was yellow and spotted. (We have photos if needed.)
Most of the recipes have been great, although calorie dense. This week had an awful one. Gave it to the dog.
The meals have arrived as promised and are easy to make, even the ones that are described as medium / easy. We have enjoyed having options for GF, keto & vegetarian & mixing up our weekly choices. The 30 minute time indicated to make the meals hasn't always been accurate but it probably is our issue. We like that it has us cooking together (adult kids out of the house) and provides fewer discussions about what to eat. Having the option to skip a week & change the number of meals sent in a week is also a plus.
Always on time/reliable. I have experienced a few times where something has been missing (i.e., one ingredient), but it's not a lot and it's been workable.
We’ve been enjoying our meals from Green Chef. Since starting a new job, it’s been important for me to be able to eat healthy meals in a pinch. Green Chef takes away the guess work of figuring out what to eat for dinner/lunch, and saves us time from having to go to the grocery store. Plus, it provides plant-based meals that suit our dietary needs. We’ve unfortunately found that some ingredient in our boxes are either spoiled (corn, bell peppers, and artichokes), or close to being done (green onion, kale). Thankfully, these instances are reportable, and the company will offer some compensation. Overall, however, we really enjoy the recipes as they are very tasty and super easy to make!
We really enjoy Green Chef meals. There are a couple of issues we've ran into with discounts and gifts that were supposed to be applied. We were to receive a "free" cheesecake with one of our boxes. We never got it. It's not a big deal, but if you offer a "gift" or "discount" then it should be given. In the beginning there were a couple of boxes where ingredients were left out, but customer service was amazing in rectifying the situation quickly.

The food is delicious. I don't cook, but have been able to cook these meals. Everything is so fresh and it tastes like you are having a party in your mouth.
Wish the sauces were larger amounts, but otherwise the meals are amazing.
I received spoiled food in one of my orders. I immediately called the company and they resolved the problem by refunding the order. That was the first time I have ever received food that was not fresh. I always enjoy all of the meals and recipes. I'm very happy to have been introduced to Green Chef! Thank you!
We love the food. Instructions are logical and easy to follow. Everything is so fresh. Tremendous variety. Not difficult to make amazing dinners. We look forward to each one!
