Not flexible or accommodating with delivery dates
I missed my opportunity to cancel the box in time and it was going to be delivered on a day when we supposed to be out of town. I know, it is my fault. But i thought that my 5 days window barely expired so i would be able to at least reschedule delivery to another date… I called customer service on Monday and the box supposed to be delivered on Friday. Basically 5 days in advance…And they could not accommodate me with delivery. I was not even insisting on cancellation of the order. I wanted to see if it could be delivered sooner or couple of days later. The person who was on the phone kept saying that I am out of my 5 days window and they can not do anything for me.. yes, i know i am out of my 5 days window, that is why i am calling customer service…. But even me calling 5 days in advance they could not help me to move my delivery date. Very frustrating! Now my box will be spoiled while waiting for me… Because they were not being flexible and accommodating , i had to cancel my account with them.
