I have sent in several work orders for the unit and the manager keeps denying them the most important orders, and I've been getting several phone calls from latchel about the work orders and they are not being completed.
I would highly recommend Great Hones property to anyone looking for a new home they’re process is very simple and there staff is awesome it took me a week to get approved and in my place If it wasn’t for them I would of still been searching thank you Great Jones for all you guys done

Getting in touch with someone is horrible
I have received my first email from the company to provide paystubs and I provided those paystub's in minutes and haven't heard back from the agent for three business days also they have provided no contact phone number or a signature at the bottom of the email. After calling the number that I had to search for I had to wait on hold for over four minutes ringing till getting to what sounded like a third party company in another country answering phone calls and also able to clearly hear the background television. All I try to do is find out an update on the Application because in the original email he Only requested pay stubs and mention a move-in so naturally, I assume we're in the process of signing and providing a deposit it's now officially four business days and only two emails have I receive from the company I am still in the same position as the first email and each time I call and they reach out to him to follow up they gave me the same copy and paste script that he will email me shortly and to wait. I am desperately looking for a place to move so I have no choice but to continue with their horrible customer service, lack of communication, and basically borderline sketchy service. Let's see if we can get this resolved in a timely manner. Now in my experience dealing with any property management once the application has been approved the next step is to sign the documents provide a deposit and move in we had plenty of opportunities and time to get to that point now I would understand if they were extremely backed up but saying nothing is the same as doing nothing especially if you're providing the same results when following up
Hands down one of the worst, if not the worst consumer experiences of my life. Avoid at all costs, otherwise it will cost you A LOT of time, money, and heartache. Guess how many months it will take them to arrange a hot water repair, if you guessed three months, congrats. Home was condemned almost immediately after the city inspector finally came to check on the situation. The story goes on, but just imagine the worst experience and subtract a star from that.
The fact that I always give good ratings and now this time nothing is getting fix because Great Jones is waiting for the landlord to respond that is horrible. There is literally over 50 complaints about this house that is not for me to fix Nothing in this house is what me or my family has done the structure of the house is making the house separate. On top of my rent I have put a lot of money into fixing the back yard the front yard and keeping this house well maintained. If I had known that the house was literally coming apart I would have not moved here and it should not have ever been rented. Now all we are asking is for the house to be fixed while we are here before it literally separates in half. Did I mention There are over 50 issue wrong and they really should be addressed. Great Jones I thought you would do better. You want to get paid from the landlords well then I suggest you accommodate the tenants who pay y’all, especially when the Landlords house was a big bandage one big cover up. This house is literally the house that Jack built.
I am very unhappy. I have been dealing with getting my floor fix for over 6 months. It has moisture damage and mold and it is a hazard for me and my children. I constantly get emails of their working on it every few days. I have to reposition my furniture so it won’t go through the floor. When it comes to paying rent if you don’t pay on the first you get a email stating your late. When it comes to minor issues they’re coming quickly to fix it anything major your looking at a possible year and counting like me.
Stl area they only have cardboard houses. Meaning houses that are thrown together to look good just to find all underlying problems after move in. Took 2 months to fix a major issue that left me staying with my mom for that time period. Rent and bills were still due though. But anywho I do not recommend! I will definitely be gone after the lease actually started packing already.
We have rented from Great Jones for a year now. We have just signed a new lease. We love the neighborhood. Anytime we have had an issue they have fixed it. Quickly, very good communication with maintenance. Quick service.
I have been trying to get a call back from the manager assigned to my property in Florida (Terry Piard) for months, and I haven't been able to reach him by phone. The person on the phone tells you that he will call you back but that never happens. In December 2021, there was a leak in the apartment above mine and four months later the issue hasn't been resolved yet. I was never notified of the issue and one month and a half later I saw a charge in my account without any reference to the leak in my apartment. I have been trying to get the issue resolved since then. There is no way to contact anybody directly by phone
This has been a disaster. No water for first week here at property. And They did not that in order. Did not have a trash can outside was told by city the owners of property are cheap and had not paid for trash services. That took a month. They cancelled my Dominion Account by closing an account that was previously on the address I am at. They did it w/o even telling me. Thank God I watch my stuff I was able to restart my own account in time before they came to cut my services off. Communication sucks. Tawny Robyn at their customer service center are BOMB.COM None of this was their fault but they did what they could to help me and I could tell. Good company for someone that needs to learn things about rentals and how they are handled. What to do and what not to do. But GREAT JONES need to find a better system for ORGANIZATION AND COMMUNICATION.
With the 2 years I've been renting with great jones, I've had minor issues with the rental. If any issues happend they do great with communication and sending a tech out as soon as they can. Payments are quick and easy to make online. I feel a great company over all.
I have applied with this company and was approved. Then I was told that the home I was requesting was rented during the time my application was being processed (it is still listed as available on their site as well as Zillow). I was told that I could transfer my fee to another property and did so. I have tried to call 3 more times and I have sent an email requesting next step information on proceeding with my application, movie in date, etc. I work for a law firm (listed on my application) and I would hate to have to get any of the attorneys that I work for involved with either getting information or getting a refund of the fees I spent plus due to having my credit run for the process and then not due to the fault of my own, not being able to rent a property. These are all very poor management processes. I have not been able to speak with the "property manager" nor was I given their direct contact information as requested (now twice). I was really looking forward to moving into the property that I found (both of them) This is truly disappointing.
I love the fact that Great Jones Property Mgmt responds quickly to complaints for repairs once it has been submitted through the portal ! Thank you, thank you so appreciated. Great Jones will follow up and get the job completed through the owner or other business liaisons to solve the problem s as well as keeping you up to date with appointment times. Great company to work with !!!
