Matthew explained that I would need a smart meter to replace my old faulty meter. He went through the process very clearly and answered all my questions. He also explained what to expect on the day. He was brilliant and made me feel very comfortable with what would happen.
Lou solved a long-standing problem that had meant that we could not report our FIT meter readings online and consequently had not rceived payments for about a year. Great to have it sorted! Thanks.

Good Energy is my FIT supplier. Have had problems with getting payments, ultimately Jemma S advised me my account was on hold. She requested I photograph my meter which I did and within 24 hours she emailed me to acknowledge receipt and my account had been taken off hold. Jemma S is an Angel. Thank you
Because I was unable to upload a photograph of my meter, Ross arranged to have an engineer come to photograph it and send in all the details to make sure it was compliant. He was very helpful in arranging for a suitable date and time after the initial attempt was unsuitable. Ross has helped out on various occasions. First class service!
I wasn't being charged for electricity as my metre apparently couldn't be read by Good Energy. Unfortnuately nothing was done by them for nearly 3 months so I contacted Good Energy asking them to please sort it out. I received a phone call from Matt (Matthew) - Home Team C who was very friendly, understanding and courteous and was able to re-assure me that this would be sorted as soon as possible with a new meter to be fitted to resolve the problem and that I wouldn't be receiving a huge bill.
I called Good Energy this morning because I had been unable to submit my FIT readings for March and June. I usually send an email with the attachment of the meter reading, however, I kept getting a bouce back email saying it was undeliverable. So, next thing, I downloaded the app. Again, not successful, so I called and spoke to Manashi, what a lovely lady. Manashi explained that the reading wasn't accepted because the reading was too high being as I missed the March deadline. I knew that was likely to be the case but what I didn't realise was that the decimal point needs to put in the reading. Well, you learn something everyday! Then, Manashi also queried why the emails were bouncing back. It transpired that my emails were going to fit@goodenergy and not to hello@goodenergy. Manashi explained that the former email address is no longer in use. Anyway, Manashi has said that she has put my reading through and I should receive payment in September. Thank you Manashi for calmly taking your time and resolving my query.
