I phoned customer service to discuss the amount of credit I had built up in my account since moving to Good Energy earlier this year. The phone was answered promptly and the very friendly customer service representative quickly and efficiently offered to reduce my DD and return much of my credit. A very happy customer!
Alyssia was very effective in solving a long-standing problem with my FIT registration with OFGEM. She ws quick to respond to my requests for help.
I wrote to Good Energy as my FIT supplier following the receipt of a suspicious letter from Green Home Scheme. The letter suggested that I could receive funding for replacement PV roof panels, but this is a scam. Jemma S provided huge reassurance and thanks to her for her excellent advice.

Yesterday I reported receiving an estimated bill, I presumed because my smart meter had stopped communicating with Good Energy. I received an immediate reply from Gifty A, confirming the issue was as described above and suggesting how it would be resolved. I have today had it confirmed by Gifty that the smart team had resolved the issue and my account has been adjusted to reflect my true usage. In addition a pin placed on my smart meter had been disabled to give me easier access.In two emails received Gifty's attitude could not have been more caring and helpful and the smart team obviously lived up to their name. Thanks Good Energy.

We needed to report the connection of our new storage battery that's connected to our solar panel system held with Good Energy to them. The member of staff, Gifty was really helpful, personally seeing the whole process through from beginning to the end. The matter was dealt with promptly and in a very efficient manner. Thank you.
I decided to switch suppliers and Good Energy then decided to charge me almost a year's electricity for a ten day period. As a vulnerable customer, this simply beggars belief.
