Patient and helpful. Listened whilst I explained the situation and the problems which I thought I required assistance to resolve.
My query was dealt with within 24 hours and everything sorted out by Connor, one of the customer relations team.
The response to my request , for a refund, was dealt with both quickly and politely, as was my request not to increase my monthly payments. I'm very happy with Good Energy and the services of Manashi.

I noticed I had built up a decent credit, so got in touch and Arran helped me sort out a change to the DD and a refund of some of the credit - all very quickly. Have only dropped one star because it would have been even better if Good Energy had watched out for a build up of credit too, and adjusted automatically.
Very friendly and competent customer service, short waiting time when calling. Not all tariffs are not protected by price cap though - better check...
Due to health issues causing financial difficulties at the moment I requested a reduction in my direct debit - I was in a lot of credit. I emailed my request & got a reply in 5 minutes agreeing to the reduction immediately for the next imminent payment, not just for the future payments. Very prompt service and totally satisfied with the outcome.
I'm very happy to be part of Good Energy's community of people who care about the planet. I find myself generating energy through my solar panels and exporting excess to Good Energy who provide me with electricity and gas. It gets off-set against my usage and provides me with cash when there's a surplus. And does no harm to anyone. In fact from time to time I meet up with people who buy their energy from Good Energy and I realise some of what they're using may be 'mine'. Magic. And thank you Donna @ Good Energy for your help!

Good Energy have been terrible from the start since I switched to them. I've never dealt with such a disorganised company in my life. They seem unable to resolve basic metering issues, despite being provided with reads. They frequently send contradictory email updates about the issues- really frustrating to deal with. AVOID
